The booking and visa applications perfectly done . Hotel bookings perfectly done in terms of reception and stay. The buses used to transport good but better can be done. Communication in terms of tour guide well but a more explosive person in terms of communication skills . The potter of the buses person relations needed with high respect towards the client.
