Mr.Silas was very ready to assist in every information I enquired about the safari.
We were a group of 6 friends who had booked our safari package from Sweden with Safari Update Travels for January. And I must say, the overall experience was nothing short of excellent. Right from the initial contact and understanding the best itinerary, to the customization for our needs, and the service we received when we were there. Everything was just great. They were always extremely polite and accommodating. The Camp booked was excellent. Our driver and guide, Mark, was very well aware of the landscape, friendly with the locals and an extremely safe driver.
I highly recommend their services to any of you planning a wildlife Safari to Kenya.

Marvelous experience
Words alone can not describe the ultimate experience from Safari travels. My trip was marvelous and was a straight ten over ten. The team has a vibrant team, they offer the best services, snacking along the way courtesy of the Company, best team building coach and activities, 24 hour hydration during your activities since the team provides enough water and lastly the best meals that are organized by the company.

Wonderful safari!
Everything was just amazing. Manager Silas was super supprotive and provided all the necessary advise prior to booking. We saw all of The Big 5 and much more: lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes at a very close distance. Our guide was super proffesional and knew where to go in order to find animals. The hotel was also great and very comfortable, with glass walls and swimming pool. Highly recommend this company for organizing your safari trip.

The whole safari crew is a vibe, they are fun and and a vibrant team.

Best customer services
Our experience with Safari Update Travels was just perfect! We spent amazing 9 days on safari in Tsavo East, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara and Nairobi. We had excellent food, Moreover we had the most competent driver who safely took us for hours and hours to the best locations and informed us with his huge knowledge about animals and nature. Whatever we wanted to see or do, our guides made it possible. The accommodations were lovely chosen as they were in local ownership , cosy, clean and located very near the parks. The whole organizing of the tour was very professional and created on our wishes. When we told our organizer that we planned to do some trips after the safari, We thank the whole Team very much for this wonderful journey that we will never forget. We would always choose Safari Update Travels again!! Thank you a lot.

Satisfying and fun experience
After much and extensive online research, I contacted Silas of Safari Update Travels to book their 3-day Maasai Mara tour for me and my friends. Silas was amazing! He talked me through the options available with my budget, and when I needed to tweak things, He customised the package so that it was perfect. We stayed at Enkorok Mara Camp and we LOVED it. Silas assigned them a brilliant tour guide, Shem who made sure they had the best drives ever, of course culminating with the wildbeast crossing. Enkorok turned out to be an excellent recommendation, and their hospitality, cleanliness, views, everything were on point. Altogether, Silas and Shem of Safari Update Travels, along with the Enkorok team went out of their way to give the best holiday ever. Much, much recommended!

My experience with Safari Update Travels was excellent. The agent (Silas) was patient with us as we weighed different packages and options and was willing to customise the packages to suit our time and budget.
Their response time was excellent and always at hand to clarify issues on phone all through during the trip.

Awesome and satisfying experience
I went on safari in July 2020 to Masai Mara and stayed at Jambo Mara Safari Camp. There was good communication before the trip and once I arrived in Kenya. My friend in Kenya recommended Safari Update Travels as one they recommended for their visiting friends and family-- a good experience without a lot of frills, and for a reasonable price. Shem, our driver, was very accommodating. There were 6 of us in the van and we all had beautiful views of the wildlife and scenery. The room was super clean and comfortable, and I had a good breakfast each morning. We never felt uncomfortable and had no concerns. The others in the van were younger than me and from several other countries and we had a good time sharing the adventure. I would recommend this trip highly for anyone who wants to enjoy the scenery without a lot of extra frills.
