Excellent service provided from beginning to end
I had a 10 day Solo trip in Rwanda with Kaara Adventures and I have been so much happier. The owner, Jose, was very helpful in customizing my trip. He is a person with a quality of, quick to respond to any questions I had and he had suggested great ideas for my trip. My guide, Sam ( I like to call him Sam), was knowledgeable about the country and the wildlife. As he was so punctual, so was very good at anticipating my needs and keeping me on schedule.
I was able to get a chance to see everything I wanted to at a reasonable price. Jose gave me lots of options for activities and accommodations that worked within my budget. In the end, my trip included 2 Gorilla treks and a golden Monkey trek in Volcanoes National Park, colobus monkey and chimpanzee treks, a game drive and boat ride in a stay at Lake Kivu, museums, nature hikes, and more. I was glad and felt like the accommodations were well represented to me and food had its good value. The vehicle assigned to my guide for the trip was a good and comfortable to safari. Overall, my trip with Kaara Adventures met or, in many cases, exceeded my expectations. I would like to travel again with them in a heartbeat.

Special experiences with Kaara Adventures
Traveling with Kaara Adventures was the best choice I have ever made! I was pampered by their company representative right from the airport to the field. Our guide Sam was very jolly and detailed. Thing that make me closer to him was, when he helped my daughter so much when she got stomach upset due to rough roads in the parks. The package we booked, very best properties with nice and delicious food. Samuel spotted most of the animals as promised in our itinerary. We shall definitely come back for gorilla trucking and again with Kaara Adventures.

Pefect recommendation for a tour…ever !!!!
Based on recommendations from friends who have already travelled with them and reading reviews we chose Kaara Adventures to organize our trip to Uganda for our family of 5 with three kids of age 13, 7, 5. Already prior to our trip Jose was very helpful in advising us on an itinerary that would best fit our interests and duration of stay. He was very professional with exceptional customer care. We stayed in the comfortable lodges during our safari. Arrangement of lodge and Gorillas were the safari highlight. We shall definitely recommend your services to everyone coming here.

Before I Just say, thank you very much for organizing all the trips, I had a great time! I have to say that the service I got from you was very professional and to western standards, which gave me a lot of confidence. The fact that your organisation for tour is just perfect and also with practical information and more was excellent in particular. As I mentioned on the very first day over the phone call, Jose is such a lovely guy. He also displayed very high standards of service and had a great company too. His communication skills were really fantastic and he really knows how to look after people.

We had a wonderful time in Uganda with Samuel. He was a great guide and very dependable. Very polite, extremely knowledgeable and always went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time. Samuel met us at the airport and stayed with us for the next one week. As a result, we all of us spent a great deal of time with him and enjoyed his company immensely. He is passionate about the animals and Uganda and shares this with you throughout the trip. He really did great work.

Samuel was an excellent safari tour guide, I had a better experience with him.
That was my first trip in Africa and first time on safari but Kaara Adventures helped to make this experience incredibly memorable. We could tell that Jose cared a lot about customer service and making us all happy, from small details, even like providing water for the car journey to finding us the best accommodation for the best price. If I ever make a plan to come back again Africa and really hope I will, definitely use Kaara Adventures again for any trips, truly a fantastic experience!

Best safari ever with Kaara Adventures. They gave us more than expected, more than deserved-
One last night at home I was thinking about hoe our safari is gonna be like. There are some experiences for you that are unforgettable. We was thinking about that, safari to be at the highest. When we started planning our trip, we searched and asked many places but we chose finally choose Kaara Adventures because of the positive and competent answers we got. Despite our budget, the owner Jose still managed to comfort us full board accommodation in all the places we travelled. Because of his flexability, connection and good character with people everything was nice and easy. Jose is so friendly towards clients and always willing to help in any way he can. Our trip to Murchison falls and Queen Elizabeth will forever be the trip of our life time. If we ever get a chance to tell our story, we will say we once travelled with Kaara Adventures the best.

Perfectly planned and organized. Our guide and driver were kind and informative
This was an absolutely wonderful experience, Uganda is a fantastic country where you can have great opportunity to see different environment, landscape and amazing wildlife, as it is full of diversity. The driver/guide has been professional to his work but also very friendly and informative. The safari tour that we have been unbelievable and well organized. Accommodation in general were very good. Food sometimes a little boring especially for vegetarians but in general good.

A Wonderful and a well planed tour for chimps trekking-
We did a 3 day tour out to Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park with Kaara Adventures, specially to see the gorillas. From Kigali International Airport to Volcanoes National park and from there we enjoyed 130KM driving ride with their tour guide and after that we have some refreshments and get relaxed at a lodge; they provide us. From there we went to explore the Gorilla tracking. During the trip we got the chance to get up close and personal with the Gorilla and spend a full hour watching with photography. This was also amazing among the all activities, as that park was a home for gorillas and some other animals like golden monkey, since there are approximately 5,000 and more gorillas just in Uganda. At the end of tour, they arranged a special trip to the airport. Samuel was great in terms of answering all my questions in a timely manner and making sure everything was as I wanted. He is really such an honest, trustworthy guy.

Very supporting and reliable company for a safari-tour
We had booked a 7-days tour with Kaara Adventures in December. The company had organised and arranged our trip in a very speedy and efficient manner. Jose was a professional and friendly nature man, our communication with him was organic and pleasant. He arranged the tour very well and accurately, including some great activities and also the lodges he chosen was so well and super nice with beautiful interiors. We had an excellent and experienced guide Samuel on our side during the complete trip and also, he is an excellent safe driver. And according to his knowledge, I can say he's an expert who knows all about the diversity of his country's nature and animals and he helps to spot almost everything that’s possible during the trip. We truly enjoyed our tour with him very confidently and he makes sure we had a great holiday.
