Wonderfully organized and executed Safari!
I worked with Carolyn for about 7-8 months to plan this trip of a lifetime for our family (including the elderly in-laws, teenagers and college students). Carolyn planed the perfect safari and executed it all without a hitch. She came to the giraffe center with us on our first day, and then met us again for lunch on our last day. Simon and Isaac were our drivers. Both were phenomenal. My kids were with Isaac, but us adults had Simon. Simon ended with us and was such a pleasure to be with. He is an incredible driver as well as guide. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I can’t wait for them to plan another adventure for us in another African country!

Outstanding Safari Experience with Pallid Safaris
We are a French family of five, travelling with three children aged 10, 7, and 6, and we did an 11-day trip to Kenya in December 2025 / January 2026 with Pallid Safaris. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect.
A very special mention goes to Carolyn, who organised the entire trip. All the logistics, bookings, accommodations, transfers, and activities were handled flawlessly. Everything went exactly as planned, and the communication was excellent throughout the preparation phase and during the trip. We always felt reassured, listened to, and very well taken care of.
On site, we were incredibly lucky to be accompanied by Franco, our driver and guide, and Thomas, our French-speaking guide. They truly made this trip unforgettable. Both were extremely kind, pleasant, patient with the children, and highly professional. Their knowledge of wildlife, Kenya, and local culture was impressive, and they created amazing moments for our whole family. The kids absolutely loved them, and so did we.
Thanks to Pallid Safaris, we experienced an unforgettable adventure, full of incredible wildlife sightings, beautiful landscapes, and warm human encounters. Everything was smooth, safe, and perfectly adapted for a family with young children.
We highly and wholeheartedly recommend Pallid Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Kenya. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we would not hesitate for a second to travel with them again.
Thank you to the entire Pallid Safaris team! 🌍🦁✨

Excellent service by Pallid Safaris
My parents and I traveled to Amboseli for 3 days and 2 nights. The tour was organised by Wanja who maintained good communication from the beginning and even came to see us off the morning we went to Amboseli. The tour was very well organised with airport transfers to our hotel and back. In Amboseli we saw different animals and our driver and tour guide, Francis, explained many things to us about the wildlife we saw. It was absolutely amazing to see the animals woth Kilimanjaro in the in the morning with snow at the peak. All in all an excellent time away from home.

SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE WITH PALLID SAFARIS!
I'm writing this review because I rely heavily on reviews when planning travel. Husband and I just completed a 6-day safari in Kenya (Jan/Feb 2026), planned by Pallid Safaris and their consultant Carolyn Wambua (who had been referenced in some prior reviews as outstanding). I gave a vague sketch of what we wanted to experience and Carolyn planned our experience for us with literally no work on our part. What she and her team delivered for us was truly spectacular. In advance of the trip and during the six-day safari, Carolyn was prompt, professional, thorough, and flexible. When we made an impromptu change in our plans near the end of the trip, she made quick modifications with no fuss. Our tour guide Lee was exceptional; we were with him for six days. We felt cared for, respected, safe, and well guided. Being on a tour when you are completely in someone else's hands requires a lot of trust (and cost!), and the experience provided by Pallid met every expectation we had.
For readers considering a six-day (or so) safari in Kenya, and if you don't really know what you want, I have a bit of advice (for what it's worth). First, working with an operator like Pallid is a must. We literally didn't lift a finger for six days and everything was seamless. Second, we did one night at Amboseli, one at Naivasha, one at Nakuru, and then two in the Masai. In retrospect, I wish we had done one extra day and two nights at each place (except for Nakuru, which was our least favorite). The lodges that Pallid selected at Amboseli, Naivasha, and Masai were spectacular; we were not keen on the Sopa-brand lodge at Nakuru, and because Nakuru is largely a place to see rhinos and not much else, we could have skipped it. The travel is exciting but arduous and being able to re-charge a little longer at each place would be desirable (IMO).
Finally, when our tour guide Lee left us today at our final spot (where we were then being transported to the airport), I cried. We are frequent travelers and I've never cried at the end of a trip, but tears were running down my face. Why? I was very, very sad -- because of the caring, exhilarating, trusting, and life-changing experience we had just had. I sure hope to get back and do this again (with Pallid -- Carolyn and Lee, of course) but for many of us, this only happens once in a lifetime. If you are planning a safari, I truly hope that your experience is as memorable and spectacular as ours. Cheers --

Well organized and can recommend it to other visitors.
I loved every event of the tour and learned a lot on animals especially their behavior and how they relelate to each other.

We received excellent service!
Thank you for your amazing service. If not for Pallid Safaris, we would not have made all our precious memories. The safari drive, the information and details, the exciting experience, everything was present and was unforgettable! Thank you!
