Very well organized tour with nice people all the way through
I am happy I took a tour with CUSTOMISE travel. Everything went perfectly well from tre very first moment when we contacted the agency until the moment when they brought us back home. Super fast responses, nice people, smooth transfers and great guides!

Phenomenal and Personal !!
One of the best communications! The only tour company that replied immediately to all my questions and queries and rearranged the tour. They gave a brief outline, but were happy to change the itinerary to suit my needs and what I wanted out of the tour. It was a very personal tour, always punctual, had a smile and cold bottle of water in their ever faithful Toyota Chaser vehicle. They handled any queries and were on standby the entire time to answer any questions. We loved our personal experience! We arrived as strangers but we left as family!

Great safari
It was a super great safari in Chobe National Park for our family(2 adults and 1 kid). A tour guide picked us up from a hotel in Victoria falls and transferred in a car(private for 3 of us) to Botswana border. After that we continued a tour with another guide from another company in an open 4x4 vehicle. It was 6 people plus 1 child, everyone had a nice place.
Safari itself and the boat part were both great, also lunch. Quick communication about planning before the tour.
Highly recommend this company.

Brian was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
The tour started by being picked up in Victoria Falls. Brian was my guide/driver who picked us up and drove us to Hwange National Park with beverages available during the drive. We arrived and got on a Safari vehicle. There were only 3 people total on my safari, which was nice. We toured the park for miles. After 50km+ or so we stopped for lunch, then resumed until the late afternoon.
We saw tons of elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, warthogs, some lions, and various antelopes, including a magnificent sable. Did I mention tons of elephants?!
I have traveled throughout the world, and this experience is something you will be glad you did. Highly recommend.

Great Trip
Brian was a great host, he was waiting for us in the airport when we landed.
Everything was organised perfectly and we had the trip of a lifetime.
Brian was accomodating and helped us add various activities and customize the trip while in Victoria Falls.
I would definitely recommend Customise Agency and will be back.

Nice and flexible tour
It was really easy to communicate with Brian. He was really helpful and flexible. Also game drives were nice and our safari guide/driver made his best to help us to spot many animals.
Vegetarian food wasn’t that good. Just some mayo sandwiches. Maybe for the next vegetarian customers they could offer more options.

Customise Travel & Tours was amazing and perfectly tailored our trip to Zimbabwe.
I cannot recommend Customise Travel & Tours enough. We were scheduled to have a 3 day trip to Victoria Falls and unfortunately our flight was canceled. We were able to arrive a day late, and Brian with Customise Travel & Tours ensured that we were still able to complete our entire itinerary. He truly went above and beyond. I can really recommend, we get a jeeptour and a boattour and saw a lot of animals.

Beautiful country and region with good travel agency
We spent a week in zimbabwe in the Victoria Falls region, with day trips to Botswana & Zambia.
The whole trip was wonderful and thanks to good planning we were able to see a lot in a short time.
Our ideas were taken into account and integrated into the travel planning.
The recommended accommodation at Pioneers Victoria Falls was excellent with new facilities, beautiful surroundings and great food.
We can highly recommend the travel agency, and the price-performance ratio is definitely right.
