Had a truly wonderful experience!
I had a 4 days/3 nights trip of Victoria falls and Chobe arranged by Brian. Everything from a pin to an elephant (literally and figuratively) was taken care of from the minute Brian picked me up at the airport until he the day dropped me back. The accommodations were great ( with a view of a waterhole) with very good reasonably priced meals. With his meticulous attention to details transitions from one activity to the next were seamless (Falls tour to helicopter ride to sunset cruise, all in a day). Was surprised (pleasantly) by the sunset cruise. Was picturing one mobbed by partygoers competing for drinks. No, it was a sit down affair with individual place settings and fine dining. Another example, after driving me to the Botswana border where I took the trip to Chobe, when I got back he helped me navigate the immigration system - another seamless experience. And, finally, he’s a very interesting person to talk to (if so inclined) about many subjects. All in all, I was very pleased with the package he had put together for me and would recommend him with great enthusiasm to others considering a personalized package with very good value for your money!

Brian is the best!
Did a one day tour of Chobe! Amazing place tour guides were great and the boat ride was fantastic getting up close and personal with the animals. Only regret that it was a one day tour definitely need to spend more time here!

Highly recommendable tour to Hwange
I can only highly recommend booking with Customise Tours and staying at Ivory Lodge. Organization by Brian was flawless and payment through we travel trustworthy. Ivory Lodge is a true gem with family atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff and their rangers are very skilled, knowledgeable and committed. We saw a cheetah on the tree in Hwange and lots of elephants frequented the waterhole at the lodge. The transfer from and to Vic Falls with John was a pleasant drive full of chatting and exchange, and I highly appreciated John supported me with some issues I had to deal with in Vic Falls (luggage, doctor). All in all, a great experience - thanks to everyone involved!

They put together a wonderful day!
We booked at the last minute and we were so happy that Brian at Customize was able to accommodate us! We did a one day tour from Victoria Falls to Chobe national Park and a Chobe River cruise. We had a different guide for each, and they were both fantastic! We saw so many animals… Herds of elephants, giraffe, families of lions, families of hippos, elephants playing in the river, crocodiles! The provided lunch was delicious and it was a fantastic day! Superb in every way!
I booked a 4 day tour with Customise Tours and Travel from Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park, staying at Ivory Lodge, a concession on the outskirts of the park, inclusive of all accomodation, food and drink, transfers, game drives, Zambezi dinner cruise.....and the service was excellent throughout, I cannot fault it. All of my requirements were more than met, with many additional touches at no extra cost. Everyone I met during the tour could not do enough to make me comfortable, and provide insights into this wonderful country, it's people and it's wildlife. Phenomenal.

Professional. Responsed quickly to our inquiry and did a fabulous job taking care of us.
I inquired about several tours via safaribookings.com and Brian with Customise Travel and Tours answered quickly and professionally. We chose Brian. Although he is the owner of the company, he personally picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Chobe National Park and waited while we did the safari and returned us to the hotel. Brain arranged for his safari guide, Cobra, to do the land portion of the tour and Mugane for the boat tour. Both were fantastic! They all

Phenomenal is and understatement
What can be said about Brian and his wife other than they are a couple of special and amazing human beings? Not only the service they provide is of the highest level imaginable, - with perfect organization and constant availability through WhatsApp at ALL TIMES - they also are wonderful people which will surprise you with their sheer politeness, boundless kindness and an ever-present smile.
They'll selflessly invite you to dinner to their house and take you where to real spirit of the country lies, while also relying on fantastic partners to ensure the best comfort for all guests on their journey through Zimbabwe and Botswana.

Very warm and pleasant experience
I traveled solo for 4 days to Victoria Falls. I chose Customise Travel because it matched my preselected highlights and offered a very good balance of everything.
Here is my summary:
1. The tour was perfectly structured with time to relax and enjoy activities.
2. Fully customizable – I requested a different lodge and one extra activity.
3. Truly private – this isn't a big agency, so I received full attention. This fact should be advertised more.
4. Brian is a great host, very caring and attentive but not overly so. 😊
5. You get this all for very reasonable price (comparing to big agencies with no flexibility, with big groups and standard services)
