Reliable. Superb. Fantastic
A true 5 star rating! Brian and his team are exceptional at what they do. Prior to travel everything is organised, all communication clear, informative and reliable. Hence booking with Customise Travel and Tours was stress free. Loved how we got to choose the activities we wanted - this company is well named as it did customise everything we wanted.
During out 3 days at Victoria Falls we were give personal, customised service and this made our time the highlight of our 16 day trip to South Africa. Brian was always on time and where he was meant to be at the start or end of each activity. Exceptional reliablity and communication! Our Accommodation, meals and activities were exceptional. Brian and his team went beyond what we hoped for and expected. For example, on our last day we had a sudden desire for a massage that was not part of our pre-organised activities. Brian has extensive established networks and within a half an hour we were on a massage table! Truly remarkable! We had a stress free time in Victoria Falls with all our chosen activities including Falls walk, Boma experience and helicopter ride etc all organised......we just had to turn up and enjoy. Cannot rate Brian and his team more highly and if I could I would. Thanks to the Customise Travel and Tours does exactly what it's name describes.....a customised experience, all organised in a stress free manner. Simply perfect. Highly recommend.

Awesome! We felt very pampered and privileged!
Brian was always present when needed, when I fell sick he came with a doctor within 30 mins. After that he adapted our schedule, so I had one day to recover! We loved the tour and should we Return, will definately Book with him again! Big recommendation!!!

Great safari
Had a great time on this safari. It was well organized and saw lots of animals. Lunch provided was great as well.

My experience with Customise was fantastic! The response time from first request for a quote to finalization of details was very quick. Brian did an excellent job to make sure to answer all of my questions as quickly as possible. Everything was taken care of right from the pickup at the airport and with all transport thereafter right from the hotel. Everything was included in the tour price, including entrance fees to the national park for the game drive. I was exceptionally impressed with how hard Brian worked to help make everything on the tour go without any issues. When I first landed he let me know that the game drive may be cancelled as I was a solo traveller and a game drive needed minimum of two people. He however called many different companies to see if there was a different game drive I could join as I was not visiting for long enough to reschedule. He ended up finding one and I had a great time! Additionally I had wanted to add a visit to the Big Tree and even though my itinerary was very tight he found some time before the transport back to the airport. I was very impressed. Finally as a solo female traveller it can be intimidating, but I felt exceptionally safe the entire time, got to meet Brian’s family and would recommend this tour and company to others.
Brian was a great communicator and punctual which made my trip easy.

Experience that you must have at least once in your life!
Brian is an excellent host. Since the beginning when quoting, his answers and proposals were very clear. No bad surprises! The hotel, the tours, the guides, everything was organized very good and very professional. Victoria Falls is an amazing place, and Chobe in Botswana is worth. Highly recommend to do this tour with Customise Travel and Tours!

Amazing Experience

Safari to Ivory lodge
Brian was unbelievable we have never been on safari before and we’re nervous Brian arranged everything transportation from Victoria Falls to the lodge and to the airport. Everything he told us was an understatement we were blown away and will definitely use Brian again. We can’t say enough about Brian and Ivory lodge.
