Unforgettable 5-Day Trekking Adventure in Bale Mountains National Park
We had an incredible experience on our 5-day trekking tour to Bale Mountains National Park from February 12–16, 2026, expertly organized by Armaye Ethiopia Tours.
From the very beginning, Armaye was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Communication was always quick, clear, and efficient, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. It was evident that everything was thoughtfully arranged with great attention to detail.
Our guide and driver accompanied us throughout the entire five days and truly made the journey special. He was polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. We felt completely comfortable and safe in his company, even while navigating the winding and mountainous roads. As he humorously described it, the drive included “African massages” along the way an expression that perfectly captured the adventurous spirit of the journey.
Beyond the logistics, what made this trip truly memorable was the warm, family like bond we developed during the trek. The shared experiences, stunning landscapes and daily interactions created a strong sense of connection that we will always cherish.
Inside the park, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The facilities felt like a luxury vacation camp set in the h The food was excellent throughout the stay fresh, well prepared, and very satisfying after long trekking days.
