They were amazing! They really set the bar for professionalism and knowledgeable staff.
I enjoyed working with Pinnacle. I booked the day trip to Mt. Kili, Tarangire Safari, and all of my Zanzibar excursions ( Stonetown, Prison Island, sandbank etc). They were accommodating, so I was able to hike at my pace. They were always on time. They would encourage and motivate me when I was exhausted during the Mt. Kili hike. I would recommend them because they are amazing all around. I am so glad I had the experience of working with them because they put my trip anxiety, at ease.

Book with Pinnacle, Don't hesitate
I can’t recommend Pinnacle strongly enough, from the administrative team (Frazier, Jasmine, Kevin) to the Guides, Chef and Porters in Kili, they looked after me every step of the way.
I must give a massive shout out to Yassin my guide- he was always in high spirits whilst making sure my safety and acclimatisation was paramount.
The meals that they provide are great, Accommodation before Kili and after was good enough.
Book with Pinnacle and you won’t be disappointed.

Best Mountaineers ever!
"What can I say. This was the most amazing trip of my lifetime. Everything about it was truly exceptional. From the pre-trip organisation and advice, to the safety and care from the whole team in Moshi. The team of guides led admirably by August were amazing. Safety always came first but their support and determination to get everyone to the top and back again was astounding. The quality of the food from Paul the chef was excellent and ensured we all had the right diet to provide the energy needed. Particular mention should also made of the large support team of porters, cooks, tent erectors, and even the toilet attendant. Without all of this, ascending Kilimanjaro would not have been possible.
Thank you so much. You were all amazing!
