Having arranged my tour of Nairobi National Park at only one day's notice, Danson picked me up from my hotel at 0600hrs. He was incredibly friendly and we shared good conversation on the way to the park and throughout the drive. Once we arrived, Danson was incredibly knowledgeable of the Park's layout and where to best spot the animals. On our drive, Danson spoke to me about the animals in the park and their behaviours as we spotted them, we saw Lions, White and Black Rhinos (close encounter with white rhino mother and calf by the lake), Buffalo, Giraffes (at one point we saw a pair necking), Hippos, Ostriches (with 50 young), Zebra, Wildebeest, Hartebeest, Eland, Impala, Thompson's and Grant's Gazelle, Warthogs, Vultures, Storks, and a Secretary bird. Danson was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the species and made every effort to ensure my trip was enjoyable.

Overall, this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, with great service and at a very reasonable price. I would encourage anyone looking to go on safari in Kenya to go through Danson; I certainly will when I return.

Has recalibrated a different from generic approach undertaken.

Clear, concise communication at all stages from inception to conclusion ensured no hidden surprises. The itinerary, agreed in advance worked like clockwork, everybody / thing being reliable.

Africompass having recalibrated the existing model and engaging with a wider market, regionally and globally, provides a unique experience that differs from traditional approach in tailoring the booking and safaris onto a more personalised level.

Staff at all levels provide expertise in their own fields which provides for a good, more personalised service, more so given "customer service" globally doesn't exist in real terms. The overall approach provided value for money for the experience.

Africompass, in adopting and delivering a personalised approach have created their own niche which other operators will eventually copy
