We were only there to enjoy. And we did so much!
5/5

My friends and I had a wonderful time climbing Mount Meru with Jackpot Safaris. Our guide Peter, and the staff, were so professional and helpful. They made it so easy for us. Among all the very good points: punctuality, plenty and delicious food, good climbing advice, good mood. We were only there to enjoy. And we did so much! Thank you Andrew from Jackpot Safaris for making it possible within such a short notice.

Trip of a lifetime and it was all made possible
4/5

This was the trip of a lifetime and it was all made possible by Taswira Africa Luxury. From the time we landed, everything was taken care of. We had scheduled events but had the flexibility to make changes if needed. Climbing Kilimanjaro was not easy but I would not have made it to the top without their support and amazing guides.

Kenya safari
5/5

Everything about my dealings with Let’s Go Travel Uniglobe was exceptional from the very first enquiry, suggesting and amending a bespoke itinerary to match our aspirations, securing the flights and accommodation to resolving a hotel issue on the final night. The accommodation in each of the 3 conservancies was excellent along with the service, staff, food and safaris. We went high end with everything as I did not want to be in one of many vehicles surrounding an animal and what we got was perfect. Esther was brilliant in helping us and always very quick to respond to a question. I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Let’s Go Travel Uniglobe to anyone wanting a high class safari with excellent service all round.

Safari Trip Exceeded all our expectations
5/5

We were in a group of 12 college students and had a fantastic African holiday with Mytrip Connector! The company provided a tailor-made safari package to fit our trip dates, these guys went out of their way to make our vacation a success. This company has the most knowledgeable and skilled tour guides at finding and spotting even hard animals to see in the Tanzanian National Parks! Thank you, Mytrip Connector company.

Fabulous safari holiday for a 3-generation family of 15!
5/5

We are grandparents with 3 children & their spouses plus 7 grandchildren from 6 to 14. We had lived in Kenya from 1985-2001 and wanted to show them all where we lived and why we loved Kenya so much. We stayed in Nairobi and safaried to Ol Pejeta/Sweetwaters and Kichwa Tembo in the Maasai Mara. The accomodation and transfer arrangements were superbly managed by Lets Go and they secured good rates for us at a peak season time. When we requested changes they were efficiently and good-humouredly carried out. The drivers were charming and knowledgeable.

Our family loved everything they experienced and the entire trip exceeded our expectations .

Thank you Lets Go! Keith & Nancy Atkinson

Overseas family visit to the coast and Mara
5/5

Patrick Nganga, in the Lets Go office ABC, made all our bookings (at short notice, for 8 pax) for coast hotel, Mara lodge and flights to and from. He was extremely helpfu, patient and informative. All the bookings worked fine and our overseas visitors enjoyed a hassle free visit. We are very pleased to recommend Patrick and Lets Go to local and overseas visitors

Everything about our experience with Let’s Go Travel was excellent. Martin was very friendly, professional, quick to respond to our queries and the holiday itself was fantastic, thanks to the perfect organisation by Martin and his colleagues.

The review below is the personal opinion of lll and not that of SafariBookings.
Incompetent at best, likely misleading, possibly even scamming
2/5

We are based in Nairobi but arranged a safari to the Masai Mara with transportation, accommodation and game drives. The travel agent did not disclose all of the fees, and, we're not sure, but suspect there may be some kind of kick-back scam. Were were also mislead us about the quality and type of safari vehicle, and then tried to back-date an email (which, of course, doesn't work), to try to "prove" we were given the information up front (we were not). The same vehicle was used to drive from Nairobi to the Mara as was used for the game drives. At least two of the seat belts were not functioning, and the ones that did clip were questionable if they would hold during an accident because they were so worn out. The vehicle was fine for the game drives, but certainly not a safe way to travel on Kenyan roads, particularly on the escarpment road with heavy truck traffic, lots of potholes, passing, and no guard rails. That said, the driver/guide was good.
Strongly recommend against booking with this company because of questionable ethics.

Knowledgeable operator with on-the-ground insights that add value to travel.
5/5

Our tour was somewhat complex in that we made three separate trips (1) Rwanda/Gorilla Trek, 2) Ngorongoro and 3) Lamu) within East Africa from our base in Nairobi while staying with friends. Flight timing, order of each trip and trip itineraries were developed collaboratively with Esther at Lets Go Travel. She made recommendations that ultimately were excellent regarding accommodations and itineraries. An unexpected benefit from our perspective, was the dedicated combined transportation and guide in Ngorongoro. We were picked up at Kilmanjaro Airport by the guide and vehicle that we would use for the following 3 days. Having a vehicle to ourselves and a guide we got to know allowed us to customize our game drive in Ngorongoro. Trip to Lamu and staying at Peponi Hotel was a dream! Shela beach is unlike any stretch we've ever seen. Shela town is peaceful, people are friend, but the Peponi is a must.
