Edwin was incredibly helpful and very attentive in helping the group navigate Tanzania.
Edwin was extremely helpful, responsive and attentive to the needs of our group. He made excellent accommodations with very thoughtful added extras that really made the trip especially nice and enjoyable for all those involved. Taste of Kilimanjaro has some of the most expert guides we could’ve hoped for. Up the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro our guide paid expert attention to us and was extremely supportive and good natured. The summit guide had exceptional experience, having summited over 400 times and knew exactly how to guide and motivate us to be our best and reach the top! The summit guide was basically mayor of the mountain, he had traveled so many times he knew every other guide, porter and chef and knew every nook and cranny of the mountain. Our safari guide was equally exceptional. With over 12 years of experience he knew every national park in Tanzania like the back of his hand. These parks are massive, consisting of dirt roads with little signage and he navigated them without hesitation. The safari guide was extremely familiar with the areas of the park, knowing the movement and territories of the animals and he used his expertise to show us all of The Big Five in only 3 days (plus a Cheetah)! Our safari guide was always one step ahead of all the other drivers in the park, knowing exactly the movement patterns of the animals to get is a front row seat to the action, we often found other drivers just following our Land Cruiser in hopes of seeing what we were seeing.

From the moment we requested information , they were very helpful and patient with our requests. Always willing to help and to make our experience unforgettable.
The guides and their crew were phenomenal, and we managed to reach the summit in only 4 days. They truly cared about us.
I didn’t have the climbing sticks , and the my provided me with a pair.

It's a quite experience to climb up to Mt.Kilimanjaro
It was not easy to reach the highest point, but if you have a nice guide to you can make it.
My guide, Yisufu is the one who can make your dream come true.
He understood my ability, so he walked very slowly, which was the key I succeeded in climbing up to the highest point, Uhuru peak.
I really appreciate all stuff members who were very nice to me.
I would like to say to especially Edwin, who took care of everything, "I was very lucky to have met you guys."

Unforgettable experience in Africa
The company is small and this helps them to pay very personal attention to the client. Edwin is responding to my mails in hours and was very flexible to the changes that needed to be done in the program. I was lucky with the weather ( very important), my guide Bryson and the crew were doing everything so I feel comfortable.
I highly recommend the team and next year will do a safari with them.

Professional service, that catered for all our needs.
The professional staff of Taste Kilimanjaro Adventures went out of their way to help, support and encourage us on this expedition. All the arrangements and planning that was done before our arrival in Tanzania was on par with any of the larger operators. From collecting us at the airport, booking us into a very nice hotel, inspecting equipment, to catering for us on the mountain, and ensuring our comfort, and looking after our health and safety all went seamless.
This is truly a strong team with good values.
