An Unforgettable First Safari with Crimson Brook Safaris
This was our first safari, so we spent a lot of time researching before choosing Crimson Brook Safaris, and we’re so glad we did! Amos and Betty, the amazing couple behind the company, were fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we connected with them, we felt in safe hands. They were professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about creating something truly special for us, they went above and beyond to put together a bespoke package.
They put together a perfect 7-day itinerary that included all the parks we wanted to visit, and even arranged our drop-off at Mombasa Airport for our flight to Zanzibar. The FaceTime call before booking was such a reassuring touch, especially when planning everything from abroad, and their support in the months leading up to the trip gave us total peace of mind.
A highlight was meeting Amos and Betty in person, they greeted us with warm smiles and a thoughtful welcome gift bag, complete with a safari hat, water bottle, blanket, and even a WiFi dongle for the Jeep to keep us connected while in the bush. It’s those little things that really showed how much they care.
Our game driver, Ruben, was simply excellent. With decades of experience, he made us feel completely safe, and we learned so much from him about the wildlife and landscapes. He truly made the journey even more special.
We can’t recommend Crimson Brook Safaris highly enough. If you’re looking for a personalised, memorable safari with heart and soul, this is the one. We’ve already told all our friends and family back in the UK and will 100% be booking with them again when we return. Amos and Betty truly deserve every success!

Our personal driver Ruben was amazing. His knowledge, character & care was 2nd to none.
You spend a lot of time with your driver and he was more of a personal assistant than a driver!

The best decision ever! I loved every single moment
Our experience with Crimson Brooke Safaris was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The level of detail, care, and personalization they provided went far beyond our expectations.
They coordinated every detail perfectly and even helped arrange special birthday surprises I had requested for my sister, which made the trip incredibly meaningful for our family. Their honesty, transparency, and fair pricing gave us a lot of confidence, and we truly felt safe and well taken care of at all times.
We chose a private safari option, which was perfectly organized and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience at our own pace. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to see all of the Big Five, plus so much more wildlife than we imagined.

Everything was perfect
We a group of five adults , had a wonderfull time in Nairobi, on Safari - we did Amboselli , Lake Naivasha , Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara . Our guide John was the perfect guide and driver. The chosen hotels/camps where outstanding. We also got help to organize some relaxing days in Diani Beach. When in Nairobi Betty and Amos joined us for lunch and dinner in excellent restaurants , they even helped us go shopping before the safari. They felt like old friends. The planning and booking was very professional, they even allowed us to do some changes after we had booked the tour. If we go back to Kenya we will without doubt organize our tour with their help again.

We found the tour operators to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
African tours on a whole are expensive and in our case booked from halfway around the world. I kept waiting for an unpleasant surprise that did not happen. The tour went as advertised and exceeded our expectations in every way. The driver/guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We felt that we had made a true friend at the end of our time together. All of our accommodations were excellent with the wait staff that could not do enough to please us. At the end of our tour, we felt that we had received an exceptional experience at a value price. We highly recommend Crimson Brook Safaris.

Great communication in advance of our trip + a great guide during our trip
I loved Crimson Brooke's communication immediately. When asking for quotes, several companies did not read what we were looking for in terms of more niche flights, but Amos at Crimson Brooke did and sent us the precise thing we were looking for in that intital quote - they also sent us a non flight option quote at that point to show the price difference which was useful to see. We then discussed further options and received prompt responses.
I'm not used to booking package holidays/deals so it felt quite unusual to me to have paid a lot of money and to hand over control on the "safari" element of our trip. But all went well!
They created a whatsapp group before the trip and were very quick to answer questions in it whilst we were in Kenya.
John - our guide and driver picked us up at the airstrip with a goodie bag which was sweet and handy (a big brimmed hat & insulated water bottle in particular) - and was very knowledgeable and professional + a good driver (we had a private jeep which was worth it). He would check in with us on what we wanted to do during our game drives.
We didn't know our package was all inclusive in terms of drinks so that was a surprise upon arrival - probably good for CBS to include when sending quotes as some other companies did (it wasn't a neccissity our side), we also got a free massage (not sure if that was for Valentine's?). Would most definitely recommend!
