correct and to the point
I was looking to make a trip in Rwanda and Uganda looking for primates. I' ve send
many emails to different agents to get quotes and programs. They came out as the best. Contact was quick and clear and always the correct answers on questions.
We had Andrew from the office to help us and Andrew our guide knows every bird name and nickname. He drives very careful, was always on time. As a result I took another trip with them and if I go again to East-Africa I will contact them immediately.

I booked a 21 day tour with Primate Safrari, they are an amazing company. 5 stars all round. I told them the things i would like to see and do. They planned and put the tour together. There tours are out of this world AWESOME! everything was taken care of, they handled everything, we had no worries with anything and Primate Safari were in contact with us throughout our tour making sure we were having fun. They are professional and know there stuff and what to see. So go ahead, for a worry free trip, just book Primate Safari, you won't regret it. There trucks have everything in them fridge for your drinks, USB power points and radios, so they keep up with where the animals are. Isaac was our carer / driver, he was very knowledgeable, full of life and happy to please, he took his time to show us everything. I would highly recommend Isacc as an AMAZING driver so ask for him. All accommodation was excellent (we had accomdated tour) we loved every bit of this tour, we didn't want it to end. A huge thank you to Edward and Joan for helping with the extra days at the end of our tour, your recommendations were excellent. thank for for all your services.

Great tour to Murchison Falls
My tour with Primate safari was wonderful.
Kapeya the driver and my personal guide picked me up at the hotel. He was a very responsible driver and a fun person to be with.

My worst experience ever, can't recommend anyone to use the same driver, Andrew was terrible!!
The driver, Andrew kept on making unnecessary stops on our way, he spent most of his time on his phone as he drove, everytime he complained about the fuel being insufficient yet we had 110 litres at the time we set off from Kampala, the game drive only lasted for just an hour, and he refused to do another one. We never had a chance to visit the falls since he hoodwinked us into taking a shortcut and headed straight to the Gulu route back to Kampala yet it was part of our to do list, he restricted our movements and made our trip terrible, infact my daughter cried because she never visited the top of the falls. I regret booking with him.
