From start to finish, we felt so well taken care of. Philippo was fantastic — super organized, responsive, and genuinely passionate. He crafted a tailor-made itinerary that perfectly matched what we were looking for: a mix of wild nature, comfort, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Committed to the best experience
Our experience was amazing. Everything was well organised. We had some trouble with our vehicle during the initial hours and they all took care of us and making sure we would not lose time. So for a few hours they managed to get us in another car so that we continued on our way and in the meanwhile Arsene (our guide) stayed behind to take care of the car. He then joined us later with the repaired car and we continued as if nothing has happened.
Arsene was amazing, he really took good care of us. He was friendly, professional and very caring. Spending four days going around in a car with a person can become intense but with him everything was smooth. He understood when we wanted to engage in conversations or when we just wanted to rest. Thank you Arsene, we will really always remember you!
When the car broke down, the other guides also took care of us, Peter and Thomas, and they were also amazing, friendly and very professional!

Professional and friendly
I deeply recommend KIMGONI because there are so professional and so friendly. Thomas is an amazing guide with a French sense of humour and he has always the solution in any situation. And our driver Peter “eyes of a tiger” was a fabulous driver with one eye watching the road and the other finding rare animals.
The chosen lodges are nice and the food as well.
