Unforgettable Honeymoon Safari
We had an amazing time on our honeymoon. Our 8-night safari was unforgettable from start to finish.
Rajab was incredible throughout the planning process and an outstanding guide during the trip. Patrick, our driver, was also fantastic; professional, attentive, and a pleasure to spend time with.
Everything was seamless and exactly what we hoped our honeymoon experience would be.
We saw far more than we ever expected too thanks to their expertise in spotting animals; including animals we didn’t even know existed or had never truly appreciated until seeing them up close in the wild.

Luxury honeymoon experience
Our safari experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We booked a bespoke 9 day luxury experience in February 2026 for our honeymoon. Everything was seamlessly organised, which meant we could completely relax and enjoy every moment of our honeymoon without worrying about any logistics.
The level of knowledge and professionalism from the team was exceptional. The team clearly cared deeply about what they do, and their passion made the experience even more special. We learned so much and felt completely looked after throughout.
The whole experience felt luxurious yet effortless, and the team worked together so well; it was clear they were all committed to making our trip unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind.

The best tour operator hands down!
This was, without question, the trip of a lifetime — an absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish.
Rajab and Patrick were incredible! Their deep knowledge and genuine kindness made every single day unforgettable. We saw a huge number of animals, including the Big Five with ease. It was clear they knew exactly where to go and when, their skill made this trip what it was.
The accommodation throughout was brilliant, and the food was delicious, especially the lunches, which were far better than what we saw other tour groups having. I have dietary requirements and was accommodated the whole trip with ease.
We felt completely safe and cared for at all times. The entire trip was stress-free — all we had to do was provide our flight details, and everything else was handled. It made planning effortless and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
I have already recommended Sopai to all of our family and friends considering a trip to Tanzania, and I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again. We’re already dreaming of coming back for Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar — and we wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Best safari experience ever!
I cannot recommend sopai safaris highly enough, Rajab and Patrick are truly fantastic and provided a 5 star experience that we’ll never forget.
Rajab was extremely helpful and ensured that we had the best trip. From picking us up at the Tanzania border, explaining the full 8-day itinerary, everything was a seamless experience.
We came on the safari for our honeymoon and Rajab and Patrick made sure every accommodation and tour experience was aware of this, which made the trip that extra special (all hotels and even the hot air balloon experience provided a honeymoon cake and danced and sang for us).
When we got picked up and taken to our first accommodation, Rajab made sure that we knew exactly what we were going to be doing each day of the trip and where we would be staying. Rajab and Patrick made sure that the food arranged by the hotels for our lunches were of the highest quality and not just sandwiches which we saw many of the larger companies provide their guest with.
They were also very knowledgeable about the wildlife, national parks, local fauna, constantly explaining the history, conservation efforts and information regarding the wildlife we came across in the national parks.
Rajab and Patrick at Sopai are 2 of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet and they even gave us a gift (Serengeti rose bottle) on our last day.

Attentive
We couldn't be happier with the custom seven day safari that Sopai designed for our group of six friends. Rajab was always patient and professional as we communicated back and forth for a year while planning what turned out to be a perfect safari experience with amazing animal encounters, splendid accommodations and top notch food. Our guide, named Goodluck, was so knowledgeable about wildlife and such a good driver, we never ceased to be amazed by his ability to maneuver through the mud and spot and identify different species of birds and animals. I highly recommend Sopai for your Tanzanian safari needs. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Amazing safari
We went on a five-day safari. It was a fantastic experience, and luckily we spotted the Big 5. Besides the safari parks, we also visited two tribes. The owner recommended visiting them because we'd already seen so many animals. This was another fantastic experience! Our guide/driver, Patrick, was also very professional, knew everything about the animals, and saw every single one. The food was delicious everywhere, and the accommodations were perfect.

Fabulous - 7 Days Migration, Maasai Mari river crossing
For us this was the best safari ever. We booked with Sopai Safaris as they fitted all our requirements and did not disappoint. Raj the owner met us at our hotel in Arusha to run through our itinerary and for us to ask any questions. We made it clear nature, wildlife viewing and photography were important. He was friendly and gave us much confidence right away. We then met our driver, Vincent the following morning. Vincent made the holiday for us. With a superb knowledge of all the parks, wildlife, best spots, local knowledge we had close up sightings of 67 lions, 12 cheetahs and the elusive leopard with 2 cubs. We also saw 2 lots of migration river crossings, white rhino and black rhino. Tanzania is an amazing destination for wildlife. In addition the lodges we stayed in - as part of the package - we fabulous. We loved the luxury tent ones especially. All staff at every location we found so hospitable, and the food so tasty, different dishes, well cooked. I cant give anymore than 5 stars, but would if I could. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed.

A Magical Family Safari & City Adventure in Tanzania!
Our family trip to Tanzania was nothing short of magical! From the moment we set out on our safari game drives, we were completely captivated. Seeing lion, leopard, cheetah, and even the elusive black rhino in their natural habitat was an experience we will never forget. Leonard, our guide, was exceptional — knowledgeable, patient, and full of passion — making every encounter thrilling and fun for both adults and our 3-year-old daughter, who was absolutely enchanted by the wildlife.
The lodges were spectacular, cozy, and beautifully designed, with warm hospitality and delicious meals that made every evening a delight. Our days were perfectly balanced between adventure and comfort.
The Arusha city tour with Elisante was equally impressive. His insights, stories, and friendly guidance brought the city’s culture and history to life in a way that engaged the whole family.

An Unforgettable Tanzanian Safari with Sopai Safaris
We recently completed our second safari, this time in Tanzania, and it was truly an amazing trip. Sopai Safaris, our tour operator, was excellent in all areas, providing amazing service from our initial discussions all the way through to the end of the safari.
Rajab, the owner of Sopai Safaris, told us this would be a "once-in-a-lifetime experience." While I was initially a bit skeptical—after all, it was our second safari, and we plan on many more—I have to admit, we had some truly unique and unforgettable moments that lived up to that promise. One incredible highlight was a cheetah that jumped onto the roof of our vehicle, using it as a training platform for her cub. It was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience!
Throughout our journey, we were struck by the sheer abundance of wildlife. We saw more lions than elephants, often encountering at least two prides per day in the Serengeti alone.
Our guide, Leo, was an exceptionally experienced and passionate guide. He clearly loves exploring the Serengeti, and several times, we found ourselves completely alone with nature and the animals, far from other tourists. He has an uncanny ability to find the best spots, giving us a high chance of seeing lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
I highly recommend Sopai Safaris as a tour operator and Leo as a guide. I'm already looking forward to planning my next safari trip with them!
