Excellent safari and guide
The safari was amazing, breathtaking. We were 6 adults and 2 children. Arranging everything with Louis was very smooth. Emmy was a great guide. For example, we saw several lion families, one of them just next to us, and we were the only car nearby.
The first night was spent at Red Chili Rest Camp, a nice budget hotel.
The second night we had already decided on a more expensive option, Ikorom Safari Lodge. This place was a disappointment, for example we did not all get fans or AC until really demanding it from hotel staff. Pumba Adventures should reconsider using this hotel in the future.
The transfer from the airport with Louis worked great. The transfer back to the airport with a different driver had some problems (driver wanted extra money for gas, and did not have a rope to tie our bags to the roof).
Overall amazing safari experience, with some issues that should be easy to solve.

I have travelled with pumba adventures on a couple of trips i.e Kidepo valley national park, lake mburo park, Source of the Nile river etc and I must say every trip was worth every penny being a FIRST TIME TRAVELER.
The tour operator Louis was a good driver on the road, He was flexible and extremely knowledgeable about the wilderness. Every safari destination served a different blended experience which made me embrace nature more.

We returned from our Chobe Safari Lodge and Murchison Falls trip with Pumba Adventures Tours and Travel, and it was a truly beautiful and memorable adventure.
From the beginning, the service was highly professional. Our driver-guide, Joze, arrived on time and gave us a clear briefing on the itinerary before we set off. This immediately made us feel safe, calm and well prepared for the journey.
He was knowledgeable about the different places we visited and willingly shared information whenever we asked. What I appreciated most was his ability to read the mood of his clients. He knew when to engage us in conversation and when to allow us quiet time to reflect and enjoy the journey without overwhelming us with endless chatter.
He also ensured that we were warmly received at the hotel and checked in on us periodically throughout the trip to make sure that everything was going well.
