Our experience with Secret Namibia was nothing short of extraordinary. Chrizell and Secret Namibia made our childhood dreams of visiting Namibia come true-and not only did they make it happen, they surpassed every expectation we had. Namibia is unforgettable destination filled with breathtaking landscapes, incredible colors, amazing wildlife, and wonderful people. Chrizell customized our itinerary perfectly so we could experience as much as possible within our limited schedule, yet we never once felt rushed. We traveled to Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Palmwag, Opuwo - to Epupu Falls, Etosha West and South. Every destination allowed plenty of time to travel comfortably and truly enjoy the experience. We chose the Fly-and drive safari which was planned seamlessly. Every lodge was wonderful, the food was fantastic, the guides knowledgeable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Thanks to Chrizell's exceptional planning, we felt safe, pampered, relaxed, and completely satisfied throughout the entire trip. She was always available to answer questions, assist with changes when needed, and guide us every step of the way. Her genuine care made this trip even more special. Amazing support!
Secret Namibia were excellent from start to finish. We are so pleased we booked our trip through them. The itinerary was well thought out and gave us such special experiences. The support we had from Secret Namibia was unparalleled from the off - our airline lost our luggage in transit and they helped us get it back within 2 days. We would have been scuppered without them! We also relied on them after a small car accident and the support, understanding and guidance was incredible. Couldn’t recommend them more!
