A wonderful journey, over any expectation
5/5

Me and my wife spent a wonderful 11 days journey in Zimbabwe: I never met before the Safari T. C. so at first I was attracted from the kindness and the experience of the operator ( miss Ang) but to be honest I could never suppose to live a so beautiful days in Africa. Everything was perfectly organized and the accomodations was sumptuous. For sure in case I will decide to travel again in Africa I will ask Safari T. C again.

Great customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable staff, both in the UK and Africa.
5/5

They are a very knowledgeable company and they use only the best ground handling agents in Africa. When timings or flights change, as they often do in Africa, Zambezi have always been on top of the situation with making alternative arrangements.

We will always return to them for our future trips to Africa.

Great service and itinerary.
5/5

Right from my first email with Liz, I knew we were in good hands. This was our first visit to Africa and we didn't really know where to go or how things worked. Liz walked us through the many questions and concerns we had. She took care of everything. We spent 4 nights at The Hide in Hwange. Can't wait to get back to this 5 star camp! In addition we stayed at the Vic Falls Hotel which was also lovely.

zambezi Safaria And Travel is a most professional company and if we are lucky enough to return to Zimbabwe we will Definetely use them again.

Unbelievable experiences in the wilderness of Botswana
5/5

This is the third time I have used Zambezi Safari & Travel company. Once again they have exceeded my expectations. They listened to our requirements, put together an itinerary for our approval and then delivered an incredible experience. The lodges chosen were beautiful, both in their setting and designs. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The wildlife was abundant and we saw animals that we never thought we would see. A super, super trip.

Excellent service

We spent the day at Chobe Park for 2 days, including the daytime safari, the boat ride and the early morning to see the cats. We stayed at the campground at Kawalape Lodge. We were very well attended, since the moment we got contact to know about prices and payment method. Oscar helped us in Zimbabwe by taking us to lunch and shopping. He was at our disposal and allowed us to leave our bags in the office after checking out of the hotel until it was time to board the airport.
We had some issues with errors in billing and booking at the hotel, but were resolved promptly. Super recommend!

Magnificent Experience

The communication in planning our safari was excellent, prompt, personal and efficient. Every step of the way we were taken care beyond expectations. The experience itself was an exciting adventure where we felt safe and nurtured all along the way. I could not have been happier.

Excellent organizer with a sincere care for the guests.

Chris Worden at the Victoria Falls office did a great plan for our trip. He managed to tick all the boxes on our extensive wish list. The hotel in Vic Falls and the two lodges he chose for us were very different but all very nice.
At Sheerwater Explorer's Village, he chose a nice bungalow. The hotel is newly built and fresh, located within Vic Falls, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Victoria Falls NP.
Zambesi Sands in Zambesi NP offered a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful scenery, luxurious glamping, excellent food, river tours and knowledgeable guidance during game drives. Among other things we got to see a magnificent herd with buffalo, elephants, lions, bushbuck and lots of bird life.
Deteema Springs in Hwange NP offered a completely different type of landscape that was also magical. Here, too, good company and good food were offered. Although completely different, this camp was also very well organized and the luxurious feeling remained. Game drives were long in the exciting landscape and we saw a lot of animals - kudus, impalas, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, warthogs, hippos and crocodiles to name a few.
I am particularly impressed with how Chris made sure we received information that the airline canceled our flight home. When the internet was mostly missing or weak he still made sure that messages came through to us via radio allowing us to solve the transport.

Gorillas, Chimps hanging out feet away, lions eating a wildebeest. Who could has for anything more?
5/5

They created a website just for our trip that showed pictures of the lodges and gave lots of information on our activities at each place. They arranged for us to get all our necessary permits, our air travel between Entebbe and an airport near Biwindi, and then later Entebbe and the northern Serengeti and then back to Kilimanjaro. They worked closely with Wild Frontiers that ran the lodges we stayed in, and provided a terrific guide in Uganda who drove us all around Uganda and made sure we were on treks to see gorillas and chimps that we could manage. My travelling companion and I are both 74 years old, and she has COPD, and could only handle a short climb to the gorillas and a slow walk to the chimps, and our overall guide arranged all that. The different safaris, to see gorillas, chimps in Queen Elizabeth Park and in Kigale forest, and then to see the wildebeeste crossing, and all the Serengeti animals were beyond expectations. It was a great trip.
