Great service and experience
Our experience with Nathan and Gilian was excellent. A year of fluid communication, they helped us organize the best itinerary, the best places, and make adjustments when we needed it. Nathan has great knowledge of the animals, the country, and the places we visit. We left Entebbe, and slept in the capital and main city: Kampala. Afterwards we went on a circular tour through the entire western part of the country, the most important stops: Rhinoceros Sanctuary white (they have been in this project for 20 years, they have 41 rhinos, when they reach 50 they can go to the national parks), Murchison Falls fed by the Nile River with its incredible strength, the chimpanzees in the Kibale forest and ending with what brought us here: The mountain gorilla Silverback. There are only 1,000 left in the world. Distributed between Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. A beautiful, moving, exciting encounter, we did not imagine that it would be so special to see these giants in their natural habitat.

We spent 11 days discovering Uganda with Nathan from ElysonAdventures. He and his wife Gillian planned the most amazing vacation/anniversary celebration for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to enjoy Uganda. My husband and I have an extensive traveling experience and can tell their travel agency provided us with a 10/10 experience in our first time doing an African safari. When we compared prices and services with other agencies we found they offer a very competitive price. Our accommodations felt, for the most part, luxurious and we couldn’t believe we were getting this one-on-one service for the money we paid. We’ll be forever grateful and looking forward to explore other East African countries with them.
