Amazing and Excellent
This was my second safari experience and I must say it's better than my first one. The organisation, communication and openness is appreciated. I can't say much about the game drive because it speaks for itself.

If I compare this company with other safaries which I have an experience (2 other), this is definitely the best. Main reasons: good and fast communication, time responsibility and reliability
Really great experience. The Masai Mara was amazing and also the Lake Nakuru. Saw all the big 5 which was incredible.
Our driver and guide, Joe, was fantastic. His animals spotting skills were second to none.

Fantastic and chill safari
We booked just 5 days before the trip. Communication was great via WhatsApp. Akoms Safaris team was very helpful in planning and customizing the tour. our guide and driver did an excellent job. We Saw an incredible number of animals in 4 days and we were extremly excited and thrilled. I Totally recommend Akoms Safaris.

Perfect experience at a good price

Akoms Safaris Turned my Safari into a Wonderful Experience
I had a fantastic safari thanks to Akoms safaris. I had a really warm welcome and I was very delighted about the care they showed unto me. I was alone, but joined other group who turned out to be lovely and wonderful people.
During the safari we had an amazing driver Pius, who guided us to every animal we wanted to see! The overall service was excellent and so I was very happy with Akoms!

Our Safari with Akoms was so amazing.From booking to our last day.We were provided a world-class and First class service .Boaz and Effie coordinated everything including our comfortable accomodation.It was exceptional.
Our driver Ken was the best.He was on time and added so much more on our Safari.He had all the knowledge in Flora and fauna.He is a skilled driver with a strong network of other drivers.We saw many animals.
The safari itself was exceptional.We went to Tsavo national park and Amboseli.Each park brings something different and I strongly recommend this trip for others wanting a five day trip.

Exceptional and magical experience
We booked a seven day safari with AKOMS SAFARIS which started on 5th March 2023. Upon arrival at the airport, Boaz was already waiting for us and the warm reception we received culminated to be true reflection of all our safari encounter. He then transferred us to our hotel for an overnight stay, which was a few metres from the airport.
On the first morning of our safari we were met promptly at our hotel by our driver/guide Joel. You could immediately tell that we had booked with the right company as he presented professional in safari attire and the Logo’d Toyota Landcruiser was certainly the perfect vehicle for what lay ahead.
We had a good start when we asked Joel whether we could make a quick stop to grab some breakfast and to go and find an ATM to withdraw some cash for tips etc. He was willing to do this. This willingness was a theme that continued throughout our safari.
Our first night in Tsavo West was at the Severin park lodge. This was to be an unforgettable one as we retired to the sounds of Hyenas and were captivated by Impala and Giraffes walking past our (Glamping) tent.
The food served at our accommodations varied between a la carte menus and buffets, all of which were of very good standard.
At Tsavo West we were fortunate to see a leopard at close quarters, who was feasting on a zebra carcass.
Amboseli was probably my favourite park due to the variety of wildlife, particularly in the marshes. Hippos, elephants, giraffes, zebra, buffalo, wildebeest etc grazing in perfect harmony.
Our boat trip in Lake Navaisha was another highlight, especially with the diversity of birds that we were able to see.
Finally, at the Masai Mara, we were fortunate to see a pride of lions that had just killed a buffalo and calf. Joel was able to skillfully maneuvered our vehicle into a position that maximized our view and photo opportunities.
It was a wonderful experience and my family was really happy for what the whole trip turn out to be. I STRONGLY recommend AKOMS SAFARIS L for anyone who wants to try safari in East Africa.

Amazing
We took a 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli National park. The tour was well planned by Boaz and excellently executed by Joel our guide. We managed to see all the big 5 both in Mara and Amboseli among other predators and grazers. Joel knew the best routes to warrant sighting of of the wildlife at a close range. His sense of humor was amazing and he was always patient with us. i strongly recommend AKOMS SAFARIS to anyone planning to travel to Kenya.
