We travel with my husband to have the safari tours in Masai Mara ,Amboseli,Lake Nakuru, Naivasha
The communication with Nancy from Tall Masai office and our driver with David was realy good. They were very cooperative!
We had booked the mid range tour package for 6 days .
The 2/3 hotels we stayed were nice .
But the room at Amboseli park ( AA lodge) was old,somehow dirty ,hot and without mosquito sieve at the windows ,only around the bed. But we could not open the window to have some air .Also they initialy provided us with 300ml free water per person per day and only when we complained that this is not enough they provided us more.
David was given us many information about the animals and we managed to see a lot of them. My only complain would be to stay in the afternoons a couple of hours more into the parks before we got back to the hotels.
In total we were quite satisfied and was a value for money option the tour with Tall Masai office!! I would recomended to other too!

Very nice
I would totally recommend them. Only one thing that you should improve it to be a little bit more detailed on the itinerary. Other than that, the hotels they choose are nice, except the one in AA Amboseli. The travel agent helped us with everything we needed and even though we had a flight delay they managed to get us to Masai Mara in another vehicle to start the safari. Also the Driver we had was very helpful and good driver and patient and knew a lot about the animals.
Nice Safari for a fair price
Other agencies make the people book expensive new Toyota Landcruiser. While Tall Masai offers the same, they also offer a simple but for Safari prepared Minibus. WE Chose that offer since I have Made good experience with such vehivmckes in the Serengeti (Tanzania). The vehicle was perfectly fine and brought us to all places we wanted to go. Our experience, Guide explained a Lot about the Wildlife, Pointed Out animals we did not see and was in constant contact with other drivers to be informed about seldom animals or hppenings being seen.
Besides almost all animals of Masai-Mare, we. Had within only two days several Close encounters with Lions and Cheetahs.
It.was.a real private Tour, our Guide adjusted to what We wanted to See and do. Therefore We could act very free and spontaneous.
Tall Masai suggest accomodation of different price categories. Also Here we were Not disappointed. The Wildnest was a good price value, sleeping in comfortable tents with Stone bathroom, wer could hear the wild animals at night.
Tall Masai gave us all you want from a safari without selling us things we don't need.
If I will do another safari in Kenya I will choose them again since it is difficult to make it better than Tall Masai.

We joined a one-day safari in Amboseli, and the whole experience was truly memorable. Our driver-guide arrived right on time in the morning, which gave us a lot of confidence right from the start. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the park and the animals, which made the journey smooth and enjoyable.
During the drive, we saw so many amazing sights.The only thing I would mention is that the schedule was a bit rushed, and at times the trip felt slightly dry because we didn’t have much time to linger at certain spots. Still, for a one-day safari, it gave us a really good taste of Amboseli’s beauty.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip, very well organized, and I would happily recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Amboseli, especially if you only have a short time in Kenya

Great Kenya tour, superb guide, unforgettable safari
We booked our Kenya tour with Tall Masai, covering Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them, especially for families with younger kids.
Our private vehicle came with a knowledgeable and friendly guide, which made the game drives unforgettable. While the vehicle itself wasn’t the best, the lifetime experience of spotting animals in Masai Mara more than made up for it.
I really appreciated Tall Masai’s prompt WhatsApp communication during the planning stage, which kept me updated and confident. Payment was also smooth and convenient through their online system.
Accommodation was generally very good — the Masai Mara and Amboseli camps exceeded expectations. I was initially apprehensive about how my daughter would enjoy the trip, especially the tents and hotel stays, but everything worked out well. The only concern was the Lake Naivasha lodge, which could use improvement.
All in all, a well-organized tour, great memories, and a highly recommended option for those seeking a Kenyan safari adventure.

Tour operator was very much helpful , arranged to me an all inclusive group joining trip with decent price at a lodge of my choice..
The only point I was disappointed about is the time accuracy.

Hakuna Matata
We had a great time in Amboseli. Everything was organized including food and the stay in Nyati Camp. The elephants came very close to our car and our driver took us very fast to all the other highlights that the park is offering including cheetahs and lions. The view of Kilimanjaro was breathtaking. Asante sana Benson for organizing the memorable safari and beeing there for us whenever we needed help.

Great experience
We booked a 7 night safari to Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli with our family of five.
All in all we had a fantastic week with our guide/driver Clinton, who was a very safe driver and positioned his car at the best spots for close encounters with wildlife. At the first game drive in Masai Mara we even spotted a leopard, which is the most difficult to find. Clinton advised us to change hotel in Nakuru, as the City Max is below standard according to the reviews. That was a good suggestion, the Buraha Zenoni was very clean and had a nice buffet spread. Miti Mingi Eco Camp (Masai Mara) was basic but clean and food was ok. In Amboseli we upgraded to the amazing, very luxurious Kibo safari camp but we heard Nyati (more basic, in the standard package) was also good.
The safari tour is great value for money, but I advise you to check and double check with Benson on arrangements made outside of the standard package, i.e. booking and payment of accommodation.
Logistics with other guests joining the car is also a bit of a challenge, especially if they have other plans than you.
Would have given 5 stars if logistics and bookings were flawless.

Nice travel agent. The people are very nice.
The service was excellent, except that we agreed to pick someone up at the airport for free and subsequently asked me for a fee. The price was cheap, the accommodation was mediocre and the overall value for money was good. Recommend it!
