Our safari included the Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli Park, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime. Samuel, our driver, impressed me deeply with his incredible knowledge and sharp eye for spotting wildlife. His experience made all the difference—he knew exactly where and when to look, and shared fascinating insights about everything we saw. Of course, a safari also comes down to a bit of luck, and I was definitely lucky—we saw the Big Five and so much more. I enjoyed every single moment. The accommodations were unbelievably beautiful, and I even found myself wishing I had stayed an extra day just to relax and soak it all in. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul as a tour operator—everything was perfectly organized and exceeded my expectations.

From the very beginning, our safari trip was nothing short of extraordinary, and this was entirely thanks to Paul and his exceptional organisation. I can honestly say I did not have to worry about a single detail, everything was seamlessly taken care of.
Paul was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our experience was perfect. He went above and beyond to listen to what we wanted, tailored the itinerary exactly to our wishes, and executed it flawlessly. It wasn’t just a trip; it was a once-in-a-lifetime journey crafted with care and precision. His communication was excellent throughout, and I felt completely comfortable putting all my trust in him, something I rarely do when travelling abroad.
The tour guide Sylvester was equally outstanding. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate, which made the entire safari so much more meaningful. From spotting wildlife at just the right moments to explaining the smallest details about the Maasai Mara, his expertise added depth to every part of our journey.
What stood out most was how stress-free the entire trip felt. When travelling, there are moments of uncertainty or logistical headaches – but here, there was none of that it was completely smooth experience. Paul had anticipated everything, from transfers to accommodations and travelling. It truly felt like we could relax, immerse ourselves in the magic of Africa, and simply enjoy.
This was more than just a holiday, it was an unforgettable adventure that exceeded every expectation. I would not even consider booking with anyone else in the future. Paul has set the standard so high that I know he’s the only person I would trust to plan a safari again.

Not worth the money
We had booked a private tour. The number of game drives was not carried out as agreed in the service description. The game drives were shorter than agreed.
The accommodation was good.
I cant recommend the company.

Thank you for your feedback. We take it positively and will share it with our internal control, training, and management teams for further review.
To clarify, you booked a 7-day safari with us, which you and your partner completed in full. On the first day, before your departure, I personally informed you that your guide, Kevin, would be with you throughout the trip and that he would be available should you have any concerns. I also emphasized that, in case of any pressing matters, you could always reach me directly via WhatsApp call or chat.
From the beginning, everything appeared to proceed smoothly. You expressed satisfaction with the trip, apart from certain days where bad weather affected some activities. I consistently checked in with you every other day, and you confirmed that you were enjoying the experience. On the second-to-last day, I reached out again to ask how the day had gone. You read my message but did not respond.
Two days after the safari ended, you sent me a lengthy message in which you stated that the guide was moody and that some activities were missed. At the end of the message, you demanded a refund and mentioned that failure to do so would result in a negative review. When I asked why you had not raised these concerns during the safari, you did not provide a clear response. Please note that, when necessary, we have always been willing to replace guides mid-safari to ensure our clients’ comfort. Unfortunately, since no concerns were reported during the trip, we were unable to take corrective action at the time.
While Kevin is a competent guide, we acknowledge that experiences can vary from guest to guest. Nevertheless, we regret that you did not find his service fully satisfactory.
You later escalated the matter by threatening legal action in pursuit of a refund, despite our attempts to engage in constructive dialogue.
We want to reiterate that running a safari involves many moving parts, and timely communication is essential to resolving any issues that arise. We take full responsibility for the actions of our guides, and when issues are brought to our attention during the trip, we act promptly to resolve them. For this reason, we strongly encourage open and timely communication from our guests so that concerns can be addressed amicably.
To you and your partner, we sincerely apologize for any disappointment you experienced during your safari.
