Prompt, polite and efficient.
Brian was our initial point of contact throughout the safari and lodge booking process, and though we never met him in person, he ensured our trip was well taken care of. Saitoti, our guide cum driver, gave us a great wildlife sighting experience and made our trip as comfortable as possible. He was also patient and accommodating to almost all our requests. Overall, we think it was a good trip, and even though we missed seeing 2 of the big 5 (rhino and leopard), we did catch glimpses of a serval, lion cubs, cheetahs, hyenas, and, of course, the great migration! Amboseli was wonderful for elephant and bird sightings, but the entire park was extremely dusty, so hair cover and mask are recommended. All accommodations suggested were fun, with zebras and giraffes around. Hell's Gate was a bit disappointing overall (mostly a dusty road...maybe good for just cycling), and the visit to the gorge felt scammy, as you are forced to take a guide (for a fee, of course!).
