After a terrible experience with another tour operator, I was hesitant to book another holiday through one. I wanted any disappointing experience to be on me! I wasn’t willing to spend my hard-earned money on another bad experience.... not until I had the beautiful experience with SafariPin!
From the very first call, Rose stood out for her professionalism. She listened carefully to what I wanted and even gave thoughtful suggestions of alternatives that were well within my budget, some even more affordable, yet offering better experiences. I was still a bit skeptical, but I decided to proceed, managing my expectations just in case.
What followed was nothing short of magical. From the taxi pickup to smooth airport transitions, the arrival experience, and the hotel transfer. Everything was seamless and nearly perfect. Swiss watch stuff!! I truly felt I received exceptional value for my money. Honestly, the experience felt far more premium than what I had paid for.
I will definitely be booking with them again.
