Perfection at a great price
From the first moment I contacted Patrick I felt confident and certain that the experience would be fantastic. The price they offer is super competitive and the organisation was impeccable from the first to the last day (despite due to flight cancellation we had to move the tour by one day). Our guide Gordonne was an integral part of our trip and thanks to his professionalism he allowed us to fully experience the Safari.

Professional services at highest level
1. Excellent communication with Patrick, owner of the Smartlickers Tours.
2. Eric, our guide and driver, is great. His English is excellent, always on time, gave us all information needed and more, flexible to our wishes. Eric made our safari tour unforgettable.
3. We highly recommend the 7 day safari with Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli. They are completely different experiences, all of them are worth it.

Extraordinary experience - nothing to complain about!
We (a young couple in the late 20s from Germany) contacted the agency via SafariBookings. Patrick (the manager) answered very quick and sent several personalised offers with options regarding e.g. low budget/medium/luxury. Thus we were a bit sceptical, because everything was really fast and comparably affordable. We requested some adjustments for the planned tour which got included immediately. Then we checked the listing of the company in the TRA as we had read about some scams. After, we agreed on the trip and paid 30% in advance. The rest was paid only 1 day before the safari started.
We got picked up from our hotel in Nairobi by Patrick and our guide Gordon. Patrick had to go see some others guests and we headed off to Masai Mara.
Our route was Masai Mara - Amboseli - Taita Hills - Tsavo East by van (7 days). First, we did not have Masai Mara included, but we were so so happy we changed that!
We really enjoyed our time in the National Parks, it was stunning. Also, we felt very lucky to be with Gordon. He is funny, talkative, caring and very customer oriented. His goal is for you to have a great experience! Knowing all the national parks by heart and using the radio for communication was key to have those once-in-a-lifetime-moments there. Although the roads were not the best sometimes, we always felt safe with Gordon driving. Fun fact: He knows Spanish (which we switched to sometimes) and even Japanese!
Concluding, we are convinced that we got a great value for our money. It was a good choice to book with smartlickers. Enjoy your safari!

Wonderful experience with Gordon, who treated us like family and gave his all
We are more than happy with the tour, especially with Gordon as our guide. It felt like we were traveling with an uncle who truly put all his effort into giving us the best possible experience. We also loved the accommodations and the food, and the overall planning was excellent. We had several amazing game drives, and really enjoyed the combination of Tsavo and Amboseli, which offered a great variety of landscapes and wildlife. We tried to think of possible improvements, but honestly couldn’t come up with any. We would definitely recommend this tour to friends.

An excellent and trustworthy safari operator
We just finished a 4-day safari for 4 people through Amboseli and Tsavo East National Parks, and it was truly the best experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Nairobi, everything was perfectly organized.
Our first stop was Amboseli, where we stayed two nights and enjoyed amazing game drives, we saw countless zebras, elephants, giraffes, and even several lions! One of the highlights was having lunch on a mountain inside the park with breathtaking views all around. Meals, dinners, and plenty of water were always included and well taken care of.
Next, we headed to our lodge inside Tsavo East, a stunning location where we could watch elephants, zebras, buffaloes, and even lions drinking water right in front of the hotel. The lodge also had a hide view area where we got to see elephants and buffaloes up close, an unforgettable experience.
On our last day, everything was arranged seamlessly! They took us to the train station, organized our train tickets to Mombasa, and even handled the transfers to our next hotel.
Our guide Simon was absolutely incredible. He was very professional, experienced, and clearly passionate about his work. Thanks to him, we were able to spot some rare animals and make the most of every moment.
Our contact at the agency, Patrick, was also amazing. He responded quickly and professionally from the very first message back in March until our trip in October. He kept us updated for months, answered all our questions, and made sure every detail was perfect.
I 100% recommend booking your safari with this agency. They offer excellent service, great communication, and very competitive prices compared to others we contacted. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely book our next safari in Kenya with them again!

Our safari in Kenya was absolutely amazing! We explored three incredible parks — Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and the iconic Masai Mara — each offering breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife sightings.
What truly made the experience special was our guide, Evans. He was incredibly friendly, always available, and made us feel completely safe at all times. His knowledge and positive energy added so much to the trip.
A big thank you also goes to Patrick, the agency manager, who was super helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Everything was well-organized and smooth.
The tour was not only beautiful and enriching, but also very affordable compared to other operators — without missing out on anything. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable safari adventure in Kenya!

Excelente Safari
We had a wonderful and incredible safari. Everything was perfectly organized.
We visited Amboseli and Tsavo East. They also helped us purchase train tickets to Mombasa for a few days in Diani. It's a small but very professional company. If we were to return, they would be my agency of choice.
We were a group of eight, and Gordon and Maya were our guides.
All I can say is positive, punctuality, choice of hotels, help with the locals. They have the best price and fantastic quality. I can only say that I would contract with them again

Amazing experience would do again
We had such an amazing time on our 4 day Safari. We managed to go to two national parks and our tour guide (Simon) was fantastic . He was informative, knowledgeable and full of high spirits. Smartlickers tours and Safaris were very helpful through out the booking process. There was a clear and quick line of communication where Patrick was very helpful. They managed to cater to our needs in terms of pickup and drop off which all went smoothly. The Safari was amazing value for money and overall it was a brilliant experience.

Once in a lifetime experience!
Initially, we had some doubts about the legitimacy of the company given the low number of reviews online. However, Patrick was very responsive on Whatsapp and we decided to book a 5-day trip, which Patrick tailored to our needs (Masai Mara, Amboseli, Nakuru). The price point was more affordable than other operators as well. But what made this trip incredible was our guide, Phillip. He was extremely knowledgeable, very well-spoken, super funny, but most importantly, just a lovely man.
