Amazing trip!
I used Jungleroam for a 4 day private safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. The whole trip was excellent from start to finish! The accommodation throughout was great and all the staff were so friendly. All the good provided was also great, with the right amount to keep you going throughout the day.
Our guide Tribon could not have been more accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the animals you could see within the safari and it was clear he was very passionate. He gave us as much time as we wanted with sightings and was accommodating to starting a bit later if we had a late evening the day before.
The roads within the safari, particularly to the accommodation in Masai Mara was extremely rough road for around an hour. This is as you expect when going into a more remote area but just something to be aware of if you have any existing back issues etc.

An amazing trip provided by a fantastic tour guide who is very good at his job.
Our safari with JungleRoam has been amazing from start to finish. Communications prior to booking with Vincent (head office) was good.
Our tour guide Tribon has been 5 stars in everything he has done. He ensured we saw the Africa Big 5 as we said to him at the start of the trip this was our aim.
We visited Masai Mara and Lake Nakura with JungleRoam and I would recommend this trip to anyone. We had a private tour and in my opinion it is definitely worth the additional cost as you get your own tour guide to yourself, and therefore can curate the drives to what you would like to ideally see.
Tribon has made our safari an incredibly personal experience for my wife and I on our honeymoon and we are very grateful that we were provided with such a charasmatic and knowledge tour guide.
I would recommend JungleRoam to anyone looking to Safari, it's good value for the experience you receive, with Tribon a great tour guide if you can get him!

If you’re planning a Kenya safari, I cannot recommend Jungleroam Safaris enough. This trip was absolutely amazing, excellent and fully professional from the first booking to airport drop-off.
Our travel consultant tailored a perfect itinerary covering Masai Mara, Amboseli and Lake Nakuru, handling all park fees, lodges and transport seamlessly. Our driver-guide was incredibly knowledgeable, with an eagle eye for wildlife—we spotted the full Big Five within two days. Rich experience, and very professional
Our tour guide was extremely professional during our safari in Kenya. He always found the most amazing spots to take perfect photos. We managed to spot all the Big Five and witnessed countless genuine wildlife moments in their natural environment. The most breathtaking sight was the great river crossing of wildebeests and zebras. On our last day, he even brought us to watch the stunning savanna sunrise and sunset.
In addition, he shared extensive knowledge about local animals, ecosystems and Kenyan culture patiently throughout the trip. He prioritized our safety at all times, adjusted our itinerary flexibly according to animal activity, and was attentive to every one of our needs. We are incredibly thankful for his thoughtful, excellent service and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Kenya.

If you're going on safari, ask for Caleb. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better guide.
We saw the Big Five within our first six hours in the Maasai Mara, and that wasn't by luck. Caleb knows the parks incredibly well and always seemed to know where to be and when. What really stood out was how often other guides were calling him on the radio looking for animals. We kept hearing "Caleb" over the radio throughout the trip, and it became pretty clear that he's someone the other guides trust and rely on.
He's also an excellent photographer. He knew exactly where to position the vehicle, helped us get incredible angles, and took some of the best photos from our trip. Those pictures will be memories we'll keep forever.
We're from Nepal, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was talking with Caleb about the similarities between our cultures. Those conversations made the experience feel much more personal. He's not just knowledgeable about wildlife. He's a genuinely great communicator and someone who makes you feel comfortable from day one.
By the end of the trip, Caleb wasn't just our guide. He felt like family.

Wonderful safari with Jimmy
We had a wonderful safari with Jimmy, our guide, who enthusiastically led us through the Maasari Mara Reserve and Lake Nakuru, providing us with lots of information and explanations about the wildlife!
We managed to see all the different types of animals, and we were even lucky. 🦁🐃🦏🐘🦒🐆
The only thing to keep in mind is that the roads, even outside the parks, are very bumpy, so be prepared to do a lot of jumping.
