This tour operator provides outstanding service. The staff gave thorough explanations during the booking process. Their cancellation policy is traveler-friendly for international trips, with only a 15% deposit required. Overall, they offer the best value for money.
Our safari guide, Francis, has fifteen years of professional experience. He has an exceptional eye for spotting wildlife and reading animal behaviour. While out on safari, guides keep in touch via radio to share sightings. Francis was always the first to find animals, and he generously shared locations with other guides.
Throughout the trip, he regularly checked on our game viewing experience and hotel stay, adjusting the itinerary flexibly according to our condition. Francis is humorous and sociable. He introduced us to his local friends with great warmth.
All in all, I had an absolutely wonderful safari experience.

Kush was an outstanding safari guide.
Our 7-day safari in Kenya was absolutely unforgettable, and that’s largely thanks to our incredible guide, Kush. From the very first morning, his dedication and work ethic stood out—he went above and beyond to track down the Big Five and countless other animals, never once rushing or cutting corners. His sharp eyes spotted wildlife we would have missed entirely, and he always positioned the vehicle for the best possible views and photos.
Beyond his tracking skills, Kush was a walking encyclopedia of wildlife knowledge. He patiently explained animal behaviors, ecological relationships, and even local conservation efforts, turning every game drive into a fascinating learning experience. His occasional humor kept the long drives light and fun, and he genuinely listened to our requests—whether we wanted to linger at a lion kill, find a specific bird, or adjust our schedule, he made it happen with a smile.

Safari is a game of luck
My months-long African trip has finally begun. Jungleroam is a local tour operator recommended by a friend, and after four days of traveling, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Our guide was Stevo, a warm and vibrant young African man when we first met. Throughout the trip, he told us all about local wildlife, plants, and various facts about Africa. Over these four days, we spotted a huge variety of animals and witnessed the vastness of the African wilderness. I’m incredibly lucky that this journey has been filled with nothing but wonderful moments.
Africa made me realize freedom is not merely the right to make choices, but an untamed vitality that refuses to be labeled.
Kenya, I’ll see you again.

Joseph was the best tour quide I could imagine. Thanks to him I was on a dream Safari.
I was on a Safari trip together with my friend. We are both from Poland. We were treated very well here. The tour guide - Joseph, was extremely polite and helpful. He was talking a lot about animals, their behaviour, not missing a thing. He showed us all the animals in the parks we visited (including birds) thanks to communication with another guides. Honestly, this tour is a good value for money - we had wonderful lodges, great food, excellent service in the safari. I felt save and well taken care of. Joseph is really an amazing tour guide!
