good,but some details can,improve
1.hope to supply more new car,the seat of the car too bad ,it is not comfortable .
2.give the driver a Bluetooth headset, there are many call when on the road.it is dangerous .
3.Arrange your time properly and don't go to refuel as soon as you leave in the morning.

Beautiful
The tour was gourgeus, we got to sée so many Animals. We traveled a lot in the car but it was worthy. The money we spent was right for all the things we did and saw.

Amazing Richard
Communication with the tour operator was excellent; they responded immediately to all our questions. Our guide, Richard, was fantastic, always willing to help, make stops for photos, and do anything we needed. He was also very funny. As for the accommodations, some were better than others, and regarding the food, except for the hotel in Nakuru, it was generally scarce and quite bad. We were hungry!

Albert Good and friendly Driver
Very nice trip, our trip was for 6 days ,and I feed that 6 days enough to go Mara, Nakuru & Amboseli, ..
very good driver..
The water in the Masai Mara camp where we stayed for the first two days was not clean.
The camp where we stayed in Amboseli for the last two days was beautiful and very luxurious.
We, as Arabs, prefer to have a water hose in the toilet instead of toilet paper.
Overall, the trip was very beautiful.

Excellent relating cost and benefits of the tour
We chose a 3 day safari on the Masai Mara and the overall experience was really nice. We stayed at the Jambo Mara Safari lodge where the accommodation was comfortable and the food really good. The plan was executed just as promised by the tour operator. Our safari guide was respectful and did everything he could so we could see the big 5.

8 days Masai Mara/Nakuru/Navisha/Amboseli
The JungleRoam safari was good value for money. Seeing the animals in their natural habitat was spectacular, making it worth the long drive.
Our driver and guide, Albert, did everything possible to ensure we saw all the animals in the different parks and reserves. This allowed us to see all the Big 5. However, we missed Albert's ability to be more communicative, as he often gave limited information about the animals. His driving skills were excellent despite the poor road conditions, heavy truck traffic, and frequent phone calls.
The SUV was an 8-seater Toyota Land Cruiser, similar to most other companies. It's worth noting that several seats in the car had broken seatbelts, and despite our reporting and requesting that they be fixed, as we had long drives on roads and tracks ahead of us, we were ignored.
We also hired a Spanish-speaking guide named Moses, who served as our co-pilot, to give us interesting information about the animals. His treatment was friendly, and on the first day he accompanied us to the bank to withdraw money and shared his mobile internet connection with us. His Spanish level was adequate, although he probably needs to continue improving his understanding of conversations, as he often resorted to saying "Yes, yes" when he didn't understand. We felt that on several occasions communication failed, either by giving us incorrect information or by not providing it regarding important logistical aspects. Furthermore, we had the feeling that he simply translated what Albert was saying, and we were constantly having to ask him questions.
We upgraded our Masai Mara hotel (Jambo Mara Safari Lodge), a fact we appreciated when comparing it to other travelers' basic camps. We noticed improvements in the room, hot water, and especially in the restaurant, which had a wide variety (it was the best of the entire trip), although the food boxes for the excursions were scarce and even worse than those in the basic accommodations. We chose the basic hotels for the rest of the hotels, and they met our expectations. Although the meals were repetitive and basic, we assume this is a common occurrence given the low prices.
