excellent service
I had excellent experience with Spirit of Kilimanjaro, William was very fast and efficient in communication and provided best quote for the trip. I really enjoyed arranged tracking and team was doing best for me. William helped to arrange stay before and after the trekking, as well as additional safari on my free days. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Our tour operator was agile and experienced, having done this trip numerous times in the past.
Here's a proofread version of your text, focusing on clarity, grammar, and some minor word choices for a smoother read:
We had a marvelous time climbing, or hiking I should say, Mount Kilimanjaro – a mythical place that takes you along its different zones to experience one of the most formidable hikes around the world. Spirit of Kilimanjaro, and in our case particularly William and Paul our two mountain guides, were there for us to make our dream come true. There was no request that they wouldn't consider, taking into account our inexperience as hikers. They, alongside their team of cooks and porters, were very supportive and discreet, allowing us (father and son) to enjoy this unique trip. Having extensive experience, we felt the comfort of being in the hands of professionals throughout the hike. And certainly, they did prove their expertise on summit day, a day (or night, I should say) with extremely windy conditions. It was unfortunate that these extreme conditions prevented us, and in fact everyone, from reaching the summit. My son, followed by two guides, pushed harder than I did (while I was escorted back to camp) to try to reach the summit – something that ultimately did not work out. They were there for him until the moment the attempt was aborted for everyone. Food, tents, and all extra accessories we requested were well taken care of. All in all, a fantastic experience one should not miss, especially if it's done with professional people like Spirit of Kilimanjaro

Fantastic Kilimanjaro trek with Tuliza and Spirit
I did the Lemosho route to Uhuru summit solo. Originally planned to do 7 days, but agreed with my guide Tuliza to do it in 5 days if I was able to acclimatise and therefore have more time in Zanzibar at the end of my trek. I did do it in 5 days and Tuliza and his team were fantastic - great communication, information and problem solving from Tuliza and great food from the chef. Would thoroughly recommend Spirit and Tuliza in particular. It was a great experience generally and doing it in January with no rain and a clear summit every morning maximised the experience.
Note: one piece of feedback would be improved communication ahead of the trek, including with respect to how I could pay the balance - I had to pay the balance + 6% in fees a few days before the trek because I paid via card. Had I known this earlier I would have made arrangements to withdraw cash (& withdrawing such a large amount on vacation in Tanzania is not easy).

Friendly and fun. What a great crew!
My partner and I had a great time on a 3 day trip on Kilimanjaro staying at Mandara hut and Horumbo hut. Tuliza our chief guide was very knowledgeable about the mountain and did a great job of organising us and the team.
We didn't have sleeping bags but he was able to sort that for us very quickly causing no delay to us starting the hike.
We had a crew of 7: Chief guide (Tuliza), Assistant guide (Nicholas), a chef, a waiter (Jackson) and 3 porters. I would highly recommend them for any Kilimanjaro adventures. hopefully we can come back and summit with them in the future!
We had a great hike through a variety of terrain and conditions and although we didn't summit enjoyed chatting to other climbers about their adventures to the peak.
Our taxi driver was waiting for us at the Tarakea border crossing from Kenya on arrival and at the Marungu gate when we finished. He drove very safely in his clean and air conditioned car

Beyond expectations
We did a 4-day/3-night safari
Vincent has been our guide for the whole tour. If we had such a great experience, it’s mostly because of him. Fun and caring, you can tell he is very experienced. We relied on him (suggestions on the best time to start the tours in the morning, suggestions on when it was best to move on to a different site) and this made the whole experience very successful. Big shoutout to Vincent! We saw zebras, giraffes, elephants, hippos, crocs, buffalos, wildbeasts, hedgehogs, hyenas, …. We saw packs of cheetas, more than once. We saw packs of lions, many times. And we saw the mighty leopard, which is very tricky to find and only with an expert guide like Anthony we could succeed in seeing it. Emotional.
Highly recommended! Spirit Of Tanzania Safaris

One day of hiking up Kilimandjaro Mount and one day of safari at the Ngorongoro Crater were my plans
I had planned to take a one-day safari at the Ngorongoro Crater and a one-day walk up Kilimandjaro Mount.
We were unable to enter the park due to flooding, thus the safari was sadly postponed until the rainy season. As a result, I only visited the safari the next day, and I'm happy to report that I received a reasonable reimbursement. Well-planned travel.
The safari was incredible. Along with six other amiable individuals, the driver was excellent. It's wonderful that I was able to view lions, buffalos, hippos, rhinos, gnous, and elephants all in one day! Furthermore, the crater is amazing!

Magical experience
Thank you spirit of Kilimanjaro for my magical Safari. My too recommendations!
I found this operator online and the communication was easy and very pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful, and I want to thank my guide David, for making my Safari magical. From the pick up to the game drive, everything was taken care of. I got to see all the animals, the beautiful Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crete (that’s the package I went for - 3 day Safari)
This company is excellent and professional.

Mt Kilimanjaro with William
I wanted to take the time to write a review for William as we all had a great time climbing Kilimanjaro with him and his team. We were a group of 7 friends and we did the Machame route in 6 days (instead of the initial 7 given we were well acclimated to the altitude after a few days). We wouldn't have been able to make it to the top if it wasn't for the help they all gave us (guided, cooks, porters). William was also paying attention to how we were feeling along the way, especially on the final climb. And before that, as soon as we reached 4000m we had our oxygen level and heart rate checked to make sure we were good to keep going. I would definitely recommend him if you wish to successfully climb Mt Kilimanjaro.
