Excellent service- very organized and reliable.
Had an amazing experience. Everything was taken care of by the tour operator. We had no worries . Just enjoyed our tour. The camp grounds were very clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was really good- very healthy. Enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables. Our driver and tour guide, John Mungai was awesome. Very patient , excellent driver- very safe and very informative. The cost was really reasonable for such excellent and reliable service. Would recommend Epic Star Holidays anytime.

Our trip to Masaimara was organized by Epic Star and everything from start of our trip like picking us up and dropping us off at the end of journey was taken care of. Susan was an excellent agent and I would highly recommend recommend her as she responds quickly and takes care of everything. Our drivers John and Micheal were very safe drivers. We were able to see lot of animals as they drove us everywhere.

The tour operator was very nice and she helped us in everyway.
Our driver's name was Michal . He was very helpful and care taking for all days. He is the best driver I have ever met. The tent stay was best at Wild Nest Mara Camp at Masai Mara. Everytime either the Masai person or hotel girls helped us to reach our room which was in the jungle. The service was very good.our driver Michael was very good . He was very helpful and caring. The best driver.

Guide David was awesome
We did our 7 days safari and it was the best with our guide David. He was excellent in spotting animals and explained much about flora, fauna and Kenya history.

My family had a fantastic Kenya and Tanzania safari holiday organized by Epic Star Holidays.
Suzzy answered all our emails proptly and the price was good compared with other agencies. We also got an upgrade in Serengeti to Kumbukumbu Luxury Tented Camp. We were lucky to see the Wildebeest migration.

Very good
The safari was very well organized. When we had questions, Suzan always responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Our Guide David was very good. We were able to see the Big 5 and many other animals in 4 days.

Wonderful Safari Experience – Thank You!
We recently returned from our 7-day safari (Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha – Amboseli) and wanted to say thank you to Suzzy for organizing it. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and warmth.
Suzzy was always quick to respond and made sure all our needs were met throughout the planning and the trip itself. The itinerary was well organized, and we were very happy with all the accommodations.
Our guide, Charles, was excellent — knowledgeable, friendly, and very experienced. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, including a leopard! Truly an experience of a lifetime.
