Good company with a lot of options and flexibility
We were in daily contact with our agent in regards of satisfaction, scheduling or changes. Great tour at the beginning of the rain season with a good driver who carried us safely through some heavy rain. We had one major breakdown with our truck and were very surprised how fast the issue could be solved. Serengeti & Ngorongoro NP are simply wonderful. We are planning to come back and will go for a private tour with the same company. Seems to be the better choice. We left Tanzania with great memories.

They were amazing and went above and beyond
We went on our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. Originally it was booked as a group safari but we changed it to private safari for Serengeti which was absolutely worth it.
They went above and beyond and organised a couple of surprises for us such as an upgrade to accomodation.
The trip went so smoothly and we didn’t need to stress about anything.
This is the good company and it's very trustfully and they provide good package and affordable

Professional, flexible and caring
I would highly recommend this company. They provide full visibility on your trip, customise it to your budget, wishes, needs and requirements, and even if something outside of their control goes wrong, they will do everything to fix it within few minutes.
They customised a 10 days trip for me, which was a trip of a lifetime and turned my childhood dream into reality ✨🙏🏽❤️

9-Day Tanzania Safari Adventure - Wild Serenity Safaris - 4,5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⯪
✅ Pros / Overall Experience (in chronological order)
Arusha city & local driver (from Gasper) – the driver provided in Arusha (city transfers only, before the safari) was a big plus. He took us everywhere we wanted to go around the city and always made sure we felt safe.
Waterfalls, Kilimanjaro foothills & coffee plantation – the waterfall itself is a nice addition, but combined with the coffee plantation visit it made for a truly great and well-organized day. We strongly recommend choosing the plantation tour.
Safari experience & wildlife – we saw almost all animals from the Big Five (except the rhino). Lions extremely close to the car (walking right next to it!), lots of zebras, elephants, leopards, giraffes, cheetahs, hippos, as well as many other animals, monkeys, and countless bird species.
Safari driver Adrian (from Gasper) – very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, reacted quickly to radio information about animal sightings, and made sure we reached the right places fast to see as much wildlife as possible. He truly tried to show us as much as he could.
Food during the safari – meals were well organized and good, especially considering safari conditions.
Accommodation – lodges were generally very good for African standards, clean and comfortable.
❌ Cons
Communication with the organizer – information about the plan for the next day was often provided too late, sometimes only after 10:00 PM. Because of this, we couldn’t order breakfast for a specific time, as we didn’t know whether departure would be at 5:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
Shortened safari day (Ngorongoro Crater) – one safari day was partially lost. We spent only about 3 hours in the crater and were back at the hotel around 2:00 PM, because part of the group had to be driven to the airport. This should have been split into two separate groups: those leaving and those continuing the safari.
Rhino sightings – seeing a rhino is very difficult and requires a lot of luck.
💡 Tips
Always ask in advance whether the organizer plans to shorten a safari day due to airport transfers.
Check the distance between accommodations and national parks — sometimes the drive can take 1–1.5 hours one way. Choosing something closer can save a lot of time.
Staying inside the safari park (especially Serengeti) is absolutely worth it. We highly recommend booking at least one night there — sunrise over the Serengeti feels like a scene from The Lion King 🦁🌅
⭐ Overall Recommendation – 8-Day Trip
We highly recommend an 8-day itinerary, which felt perfectly balanced and not rushed:
Day 1 – Exploring Arusha
Day 2 – Waterfalls, Mount Kilimanjaro foothills & coffee plantation
Days 3–4 – Serengeti National Park
Day 5 – Ngorongoro Crater
Day 6 – Tarangire National Park
Day 7 – Lake Manyara
This plan allows you to experience different parks, landscapes, and wildlife without feeling rushed.

Excellent, Customer Focused tour operator
I had an excellent Safari experience with Wild Serenity Safaris. From the first email they took care of everything. Even when my flights changed last minute, they adjusted everything. I had them book extra hotels, airport transfers and luggage storage for me, which were all taken care of perfectly.
From when you step off the plane and a driver is waiting for you with your name on a card, to when they say goodbye on your last day, the team at Wild Serenity are very professional and caring team who will take care of all your Safari wishes. I highly recommend Wild Serenity Safaris.

Highly organised, knowledgeable and customer focused tour operator.
From our first enquiry up to the last minute (and even afterwards) Macriner and her team from Wild Serenity Safaris were super helpful and ensured that every aspect of our tour was top notch. When we wanted to deviate from the set tour they accommodated us and even arranged a special birthday celebration for me whilst on the tour. This was a trip of a lifetime without having to have the budget of a lifetime. An unforgettable journey that blended immersive cultural encounters, breathtaking wildlife sightings, and authentic local experiences which created a deep connection with each destination! Comparing the money spend and the memories created, we would recommend the tour with Wild Serenity over and over again!
