Nabinina was knowledgeable, entertaining and well spoken.
Harilala and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were accommodating of our travel plans and were able to make a tour of Madagascar as far reaching and enjoyable as our schedule allowed. Harilala went the extra mile to make sure that even on either side of the tour, we were equipped with the knowledge of what we could do and how we would get around. Communicating with him over WhatsApp was always timely.

good service despite some problems
overall a good agency that was able to deal well with some problems such as the cancellation of a flight and the need to reorganize some stages of the tour. they were flexible in the choice and offered us the possibility of upgrading some hotels at the last minute. very good at managing the naturalistic part, less so when it came to making us visit the capital and surrounding areas, they need to structure the part regarding Tana better too, paying attention to the opening and closing times of the attraction (We happened to arrive in front of the monuments and find them closed, or to arrive on site and not have a guide). we had chosen to do a long drive which turned out to be even longer than expected as the organizer was not well informed about the state of the roads after the monsoons. overall I would recommend this agency, Harilala was very helpful and always reachable on whatsapp, he answered all our questions and also showed us his house before going to the airport.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Madagascar Natural Tours. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully organized and professionally handled. The tailor-made itinerary allowed me to experience all the major highlights of Madagascar at a comfortable and well-paced rhythm, perfectly balancing travel days with exciting activities.
The guides and my driver were absolutely excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, and always ensuring I was enjoying myself. They even introduced me to some local restaurants, adding to the travel experience. The accommodations and locations throughout the tour were consistently of good quality and well-situated.

Amazing tour - trip of a lifetime!
We have recently finished a 10 day tour of Madagascar in April 2025 using the operator “Madagascar Natural Tours” from start to finish it almost felt too good to be true, I have never met any one else from Australia who has been to Madagascar so we were very hesitant in whether it would be safe and had no idea how to organise a holiday there or what to expect.
Harilala was extremely professional and communicative the entire way and answered every single (too many) questions of ours and made us feel comfortable and excited. He planned our itinerary just perfectly we listed a couple of things we had wanted to see - baobab avenue, lemurs and Nosy Be. He organised our whole itinerary, accomodation and flights for us so that it flowed seamlessly. He provided options in accomodation as we were seeking honeymoon style resorts. The hotels that he booked were beautiful, clean, great food and lovely staff!
We had a few internal flights in our itinerary and it was so nice stepping off the plane and trusting that there would be a guide there waiting for us to get us to our hotel. The few times during our stay we had a question regarding our tour, Harilala would reply to our messages almost immediately and paid very careful attention to ensure we were happy and getting the most out of our tour. Using Madagascar Natural Tours took all stress out of the holiday / planning and allowed us to just show up and make memories of a lifetime!
I would highly recommend this company to anybody curious to explore Madagascar! Particularly if you do not speak French, we struggled with the language barrier however all guides had amazing English which was such a relief. We can’t wait to come back in a few years time!!

Organized and efficient
We have just done a 10 day tour with Madagascar Natural Tours and it exceeded our expectations! We could not have managed that country without them as we don't speak French! I have always been strongly opposed to tours as I like to do my own thing when traveling but they catered our trip to still feel that way!

Great Tour Despite a few Hicoughs
Did a 15 day Safari Madagascar Birding & Wildlife Tour (in reverse from the advertised), which was excellent.
I'd say that the mark of a good tour operator is a getting things right and when they don't, having suitable backup. So when our car gave up, they got another one in to get us to our destination and found alternatives for the couple of days in Ranomafana. The final day though ended up with our first driver and car, which wasn't so great for travelling along Madagascar's poor roads. A good 4x4 would have been a lot better.
The tour itself was superb, great wildlife, stuning scenery, good guides working hard to find the best of the wildlife in the jungle and rain forrest.
Would throughly recommend.

Took care of everything!
We had a fabulous time with a private vehicle, kind attentive staff, and we saw so many lemurs! it was the perfect vacation in a beautiful setting. They were informative and so helpful throughout the entire trip. No complaints!

From start to end , we had a great time , we felt very at ease and taken care of.
I wouldn't say our trip was relaxing , we chose quite a heavy itinerary but the hotels chosen for us were superb!
The high light for us was the Island of Sainte Marie - don't miss this !

Amazing tour!
I just finished the 17-DAY MADAGASCAR NORTH & SOUTH WILDLIFE & CULTURE EXPLORATION tour with Madagascar Natural Tours. Thanks to Harilala, Lucas and all of our other drivers and guides along the way, I had an amazing and memorable experience. Harilala was very helpful and accommodating from the start. He was able to put together an itinerary that was everything I wanted and more. He is very knowledgeable, organized, trustworthy and he communicated well from the very beginning. He even organized a stay for us and drove us to the airport on departure even though our 17 day tour was over. Lucas was also an amazing guide. He made sure everything went smoothly along the way and went out of his way to make our tour fun and memorable. I can’t imagine how the tour would be without him. The roads in Madagascar were rough and bumpy but we had a great driver that got us around safely.
