it was a dream

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed in Africa Geographic. We are planning a tour to Republic of Congo and Central African Republic with them. They gave us the itinerary, and only said "charter flight" from Sangha Lodge to Bangui. Nothing more, no schedule. Months after we purchased the flight ticket (non-refundable and non-changable) they requested it, and suddenly told us that the connection with our outbound flight from Bangui might not work, and WE need to move that flight. What sort of service is that? Is it not supposed to be the travel agency's task to highlight critical aspects of the trip and proactively work with the customer together? No other solution was presented yet. Very disappointed. Don't work with them on unusual trips, they do NOT have the required experience!
