The curated adventure exceeded my expectations.
Untamed Safaris curated an African adventure beyond my expectations. From finalising our bespoke itinerary, keeping in touch through out the year before we travelled to ensure important requirements were done well in advance, ensuring partner tour operators in Africa were professional and ensured our safety at all times and more importantly Ryan checked in on our group regularly while we were travelling. That’s world class service and with all the years of experience that Ryan has gathered from his travels in Africa his passion for Africa rubbed off on us even before we left. Terrific, everything ran so smoothly, and nothing was too much trouble to rearrange.
This would have to be one of the best holidays we have ever had. Africa was everything we ever imagined and more. The animals, the scenery, the people and the wonderful food and wine. Camp George was an amazing and luxurious end to our holiday. Thank you Ryan for organising this exceptional trip.

Personable boutique service
Ryan couldn't have been better to work with. From the first contact to going on the trip Ryan was always available to answer any questions and went through the itinerary completely. We went on the 12 day Botswana /Zimbabwe tour and the properties and experience couldn't have been better. The properties Untamed Safaris use the Desert&Delta Group were all outstanding. LeRoo La Tau in the Makgadikgadi Pans, Camp Xakanaxa in Moremi , Xugana Island Lodge in the Okavango Delta , and Chobe Game Lodge in Chobe.We highly recommend Untamed Safaris to anyone.

A competent tour organiser with a personal touch
My two travel friends and I could not have been happier with the Nottens Bush Camp safari organised for us by Ryan at Untamed. The wildlife sightings were beyond our expectations and the lodge was lovely- drivers, other staff, dining and accommodation fantastic. All our transfers and flights on either end worked well too. I thoroughly recommend Untamed Safaris.

We had a magnificent and amazing safari experience, travelling to Johannesburg, one couple from UK and the other from Australia, then travelling on to Kasane, Chobe and the Ngomi Safari private safari lodge. We were welcomed upon arrival with staff singing and giving us hot flannels. The food was amazing, service very personal and the game drives with Tebby fabulous. Then went to Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls and Batonka Lodge was also very welcoming, comfortable and good food. Had a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls which was fabulous. Then on to Kings Camp, Timbavati private game reserve, excellent accommodation, service and food once more.
The Guide Jason was fantastic, we saw all the animals in the wild and he gave us so much information and enjoyment on every game drive we went on.
All the transfers were perfect, on time and smooth with very friendly drivers, cold water and stops if we needed them, all completely reliable and on time.
All in all, we had the most amazing and fantastic experience of a first time on safari, so wonderful!

My husband and I chose to use Untamed Safari’s to plan and book our honeymoon with. I can easily say that this was the holiday of a lifetime and we are so grateful for their expertise. The team considered exactly what we were looking for in a trip to Southern Africa and created a thoughtful itinerary sticking to our budget. We also appreciated them booking our internal flights too, we felt like we barely lifted a finger for this trip! They offered all the helpful advice pre trip, and checked in on us throughout. We loved their accommodation options and could not believe the hospitality shown at these places, with amazing food and service.
The safaris themselves were incredible, we saw everything we could have possibly thought of and more thanks to the expertise of the trackers and guides. Every safari was better than the last.
