They misssold the 3 day Saadani Park trip.
Kisangara Tours sent us an itinerary with photos of 5 star accommodation with a pool and we were booked into 1 star accommodation with no pool, very limited food choice, the 4 wheel drive was not as per the itinerary and the safari guide was disinterested and unreliable.

Posted on Mar 3, 2026The accommodation images included in the itinerary are for illustration purposes and are the official photos published directly by the management of the bandas inside Saadani National Park, which are operated and managed by Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA). These images are sourced from the TANAPA website to accurately represent the type and standard of park bandas available, rather than luxury or 5-star hotel facilities. Park bandas are categorized as standard government accommodations and not luxury lodges or resorts with swimming pools.
Regarding the safari vehicle, all our vehicles are certified 4x4 safari Land Cruisers designed specifically for national park terrain. If there were any operational or comfort concerns, we wish these had been raised during the safari so we could address them immediately.
Concerning the guide’s service, we take professionalism very seriously and will internally review this matter. That said, our guides are licensed and experienced professionals who consistently receive positive feedback from guests.
