Superfriendly office managers Marie and Heavenlight making sure that everything is great during the safari
Good driving skills from the guide
Things to improve:
The first guide was really rude and impolite
The duration in Ngorongoro Conservation Area should have been longer, but the company was very correct and rectified this small mistake
