Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Safari Experience

We had an incredible experience with Trail Tracers Tours and Travels and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
A special thank you to Monicah, who was exceptionally prompt, responsive, and attentive from the very beginning. She answered all our questions quickly, accommodated our requests, and made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.
A huge thank you as well to our driver and guide, Joseph. He was friendly, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He listened to what we wanted, did his best to make every request happen, and his positive attitude and great sense of humor made our safari even more enjoyable. He truly played a big part in making our trip so memorable.

Very professional and friendly
Monicah helped us a lot deciding which package to get and she was always available to solve our doubts. Papa John was our driver and he answered all our questions about the reserve and animals, gave us interesting information and was always on schedule. Super friendly and nice people, both of them.
We were lucky to see the big five (only spots of a leopard, but counts the same) and the great migration. Such an amazing experience!
We opted for mid-range accommodation. Worth the extra money, specially Lake Nakuru Lodge. Beautiful place inside the reserve with great food. If you have the money, you should go for mid-range accommodation.
We can not recommend Trail Tracers enough.
PS: only little bad thing was the food at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge. The food was good but they don't keep food trays warm, so everything ends up cold the time you eat it.

Monicah and her team are SUPER PROFESIONAL, you can rely 200% on them.

Amazing Safari
Our experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication before and during the trip was outstanding, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Friendly, helpful, and always willing to adjust plans to fit your needs.
Most importantly, I forgot a hoodie and a shirt in the safari car, and they kindly brought them back to me the same day for just the cost of a local bike delivery. That meant a lot before my flight out of Kenya!
I booked a shared 4D/3N Masai Mara tour with them almost at the last minute. Everything went smoothly and as expected. During the trip, I even arranged to stay an extra day for a small additional fee. They were flexible and open to extensions, which I really appreciated.
The tour itself insode of Masai Mara was as expected.

Great experience
Highly recommended, the guide provide us an awesome adventure at Nairobi national park, he made his best effort to show us the entire wild life into the park, also we went to the baby elephant nursery and the giraffe center.
