An Unforgettable Safari (Huge Thanks to Simba!)
We recently booked a Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The agency did a fantastic job managing everything from end to end—the resort bookings were seamless, and the park entries, vehicle, and guiding were all perfectly coordinated.
The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was our guide, Simba. Credits to him for making our game drives so successful! Simba was just as adventurous as we were, taking us deep into the territories to find the best viewing spots. He has an amazing ability to predict animal movements and constantly coordinated with other guides in the area to ensure we didn't miss a thing. Thanks to his patience and expertise, we managed to spot the entire Big 5! What we appreciated most was that he never made us feel rushed; he ensured we had a peaceful, immersive game drive experience at every stop.
The only minor note is that the safari vehicle condition could be improved a bit. That said, given the rugged, intense off-road conditions of the terrain, it's completely understandable that the vehicles take a beating.
Overall, it was a beautifully organized trip with top-tier guiding. We highly recommend them, and if you get the chance, definitely ask for Simba!

Our guide Was simba (Nelson ) he Was the best guide We have meet.
Simba always find the animals, he was taking care about us all the trip and he find amazing locations to see the animals and make espectacular photos . Also he know 4 languages and he was guiding us in spanish so well. We show the big five with him and also he take us incredibles pictures of us. Apart of this, he show us his home and make us feel at home.

Amazing Experience
Our safari from beginning to end was fantastic! Very well-organized, excellent value for money, and highly enjoyable. Our guide Kevin and everyone at the hotel accomodation were excellent. We saw most of the species we hoped to see.

Beautiful safari, but poor organization and an unprofessional guide.
The safari itself was a beautiful experience for me, with amazing landscapes and lovely accommodations. Despite the issues, I genuinely enjoyed it and would happily do a safari again.
Unfortunately, the organization was disappointing. We booked a 4-day safari, but after arriving we were told that our itinerary would be shortened to 3 days because we had been combined with another group with a different schedule. We complained about this and had to insist several times before the situation was partially resolved.
Our guide, Peter, was initially friendly, although we noticed that he rarely spotted animals himself and often followed other jeeps when they found something. We also noticed that other drivers could access certain areas that he told us he could not enter because he did not have the required license. For example, when we spotted a lion, other jeeps were able to get closer while we had to stay further away.
After we raised the issue about the itinerary, his attitude changed completely: he stopped speaking to us and no longer explained anything about the safari. On the last day, he also took us to the wrong hotel and was convinced that he was right until the hotel confirmed that we had no reservation there.
One final thing: check the prices carefully before paying. At the beginning, we were asked to pay €100 more than the amount we had calculated. The company said it was simply a mathematical mistake, and I hope that was the case, but I would recommend double-checking all calculations.
Overall, I loved the safari experience, but if I could do it again, I would definitely choose a different guide.

Organisation
If you book a 4 days safari, you will definately do the four days and we distance ourself on who mentioned to you that you will do a 3 days safari. Our office reached you to handle your frustration and gave assurance that your safari is 4 days and you will expeeience everything you booked for.
Guide
We are happy the guide was friendly and you enjoyed his services.We also acknowledge being a shared safari with different guests booking different lodges the guide might have confused your lodge. We apologies on the time and inconvenience caused and hope to improve in proper day to day briefing to our guests during safari.
Pricing
Our prices are fair and competitive and we dont take advantage of our clients by asking more than they should pay. In eventuality the client pays in excess either by an error we have a refund policy and this applies to us the company incase of an error there is room to ensure both parties go through the itenary and ensure its us what was agreed.I therefore apologise if this might have given you a different view about us and just to assure you that we value our integrity and based on our weekly safari departures we have not encountered any alledged fraud claims from clients.

Professional team and incredible wildlife encounters
We attended the 3-Day Masai Mara Adventure group safari with Roju safari updates and had a fantastic time from start to finish. Rodgers from Sales Support ensured that the booking and communication processes ran smoothly and efficiently. He was really responsive and helpful before and after the booking. Efficient and reliable
Rodgers was extremely helpful and prompt. We were quite dissatisfied with our bookings at Mara Serena. But Rodgers was on top of the situation and acted on our side. Excellent and reliable company
I recommend Roju Safaris; we booked our safari with them through the Safaribookings site and they were just so helpful throughout the whole process from pre-booking to customising the experience to match our wishes (flying into the Mara and returning by road). The lodge we stayed in at the Mara (Emayian luxury camp) was truly outstanding, and the private safari drive upon landing at the Mara was just wonderful (we saw rhinos). Rodgers was always attentive and responded quickly to queries. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone booking a safari in Kenya. You'll be in safe hands.
