Superb and well satisfied.
It is well organized travel operator and always give top priority to customers: requests. There was no any confusion or waiting time and well communicated with us.

Wonderful!
Had a wonderful time in Namibia thanks to Kooper and Berlinda! Berlinda was kind and available to answer my questions, the accommodations were beautiful and well located and the journey was well planned. Kooper is an excellent driver and a good guide. He took me to explore breathtaking scenery from desert to ocean and everything in between! He always had answers to my questions and as a solo female traveler I felt safe with him.

A nightmare in Namibia
I paid the MHOF agency 76,051,000 NAD for an 8- day,7 night tour,starting on September 26th and ending on October red,2025 It included lodging,meals,safari, vehicle and Guide.At the agency director's insistence,I paid everything a month in advance.two days before the Safari tour was scheduled to begin,the owner contact me demanding inmediate payment of U$2,600 as a condition for the Safari to take place.At that time ,I was travelling from my Countriy,Colombia to Namibia.I did not agree to their request since
I had already paíd everything that has been agreed upon. The manager did not fullfill the agreement,there was brother a vehicle nor guide.of the seven days of accommodation,the agency had only paid for five.
I believe,I have been scammed by the manager ,Mrs Berlinda of the MHOF agency

Posted on Nov 12, 2025The client made a confirmed booking with Mhof Tour and Safaris, but upon arrival in Namibia, she chose not to travel with our company which was already arranged. Instead, she walked away from our services, selected her own person alleged guide, and she arranged her own vehicle without us vetting the driver or vehicle which was a breach of the terms and conditions. We could not be a party to such high risk and unsafe decisions.
Mhof Tour and Safaris had already paid for a licensed guide, in good faith and accordance with the confirmed itinerary. However, the client refused to settle the outstanding balance after a quotation discrepancy was clarified — she was charged a per-person rate instead of a single traveler rate. Hence we communicated
By abandoning the tour, the client breached Clauses 4.4, 4.5, and 5.3 of our Terms and Conditions, which clearly state that no refunds apply for unused services, cancellations, or independent deviations.
All actions by Mhof Tour and Safaris were in full compliance with the client. We therefore rejected this review because this client is a high risk client.
Our advise to the follow travelers in the future please make sure to study through the terms and conditions before you agree and confirmed the proposal and make payment.
