Safari of a lifetime
5/5

We had a safari of a lifetime with RENAI, firstly the communication with the office staff was seamless in the planning phase, as I made a couple of changes to the initial itinerary which were all accommodated, for the Safari itself I enjoyed the scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth park and the amazing wildlife in Queen Elizabeth Park, elephants, buffaloes, yes and we were lucky to see the big cats, the lion too.
There after we were able to finally get upclose with the gentle giant the mountain gorillas which was the major highlight of our trip!!
Car was super clean too. Our guide Kelly was very cool and happy to help us all the time.
Can't wait to return to Uganda with the amazing RENAI safaris and i highly recommend to anyone planning to travel to Uganda !

9 wonderful days with RENAI !!
5/5

Our 9 day safari trip with Renai was nothing but short of a memorable one. We got them through a recommendation from a friend and the had only done a 3 day safari with them so we weren’t sure since we wanted a longer trip.
Long story short all our doubts were put to bed right after we were in the planning phase. Jovan laid out options that fit our budget and were very flexible with requests to a few changes we made to the itinerary.
The Safari was amazing from the shoebill in Entebbe to Murchison where we saw a lot of giraffes and luckily 4/5 of the big 5, for the primates journey, we had an intimate encounter mostly with the chimpanzees which we were able to see 7 of them up close we cannot leave out the Gorillas ofcourse our main aim for this tour . We were able to get so close to this wonderful creatures through these hikes I was most impressed with the fact that the company gave us hiking sticks besides the ones provided by the rangers. On top of that our guide Precious was very patient, knowledgeable about the wildlife and gave us light jokes to lighten up the long drives.
We also thank the backend office staff for their support
I would really recommend RENAI Venture safaris for any one planning an Ugandan safari !!

Very nice
5/5

We had a great 9 day safari with my friends, the company was very professional and well organized, our guide Precious was very knowledgeable and fun. We were able to see a lot of animals some of which, such as chimpanzees, gorillas, I was seeing for first time. The accomodation choice was great as we stayed in tented camps most of the time and had a couple of animals coming around our tent such as the pumbas, the car was also kept super clean all the time. I would highly recommend RENAI to any one planning an Ugandan safari tour !!

Excellent Tour Operator
5/5

Renai Venture Safari organised a private tour through Rwanda for my friends and myself and everything worked out perfectly well.
From the airport pick-up by our guide Bryan until the drop-off at the same location, no complaints.
Bryan was extremely helpful and responded in the best way to our different needs and requests.
His driving was superb, we never ever felt one second insecure during out tour.
As for the vehicle we used I would next time spend a bit more money to upgrade from a van to a cruiser. The van was fine for most part of the tour only for the safari in the Akagera NP we felt it was too bumpy.
I would anytime choose Renai Venture Safari again to organise a tour in this part of the world.
Thank you for everything!!

The entire Tour (10 days) through Ruanda was perfect organized.
5/5

The company was excellent in communication from the very beginning offering excellent services ( lodges, food, very nice driver/guide). I felt very comfortable and safe during the entire trip - the price was worth what I was offered - the entire itinerary was very exciting and I really enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for this unique experience.

Charming Uganda
5/5

We booked a short 6-day trip in Uganda with Renai Safaris, with a little bit of Rwanda included for the golden monkeys. Our stay was nothing short of marvelous.

We saw so many animals, including the hard-to-see leopard in Queen Elizabeth National Park. What stood out the most for us, of course besides the gorillas, was walking with wildlife in Lake Mburo National Park. It was such a surreal and beautiful experience being that close to nature.

All the accommodation Renai chose for us was very well thought out. The food was great, including local dishes, and the staff at each place were warm and welcoming.

Our guide Kelly was very patient, shared funny stories about the country, and most importantly took great care of us throughout the trip.

I can’t wait to come back to Uganda!

I would highly recommend Renai to anyone looking for a truly memorable Ugandan safari experience.

My journey unveiled the breathtaking beauty that Uganda so effortlessly offers
5/5

My friends and I just came back from a wonderful 5-day primates-focused safari, with a bit of wildlife viewing in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

We were a bit budget-conscious, so we chose to travel in April (low season), which worked out really well for us. Communication with the team was smooth throughout, and they helped tweak our original plan in a way that actually made it better than we had first imagined.

Initially, most operators had suggested chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park, but Jovan recommended the Kyambura Gorge sector in Queen Elizabeth National Park as a more budget-friendly option. We were a bit unsure at first, wondering if we’d still have a good chance of seeing chimpanzees, but it turned out to be a great decision. Plus, since one of us hadn’t experienced a wildlife safari before, including Queen Elizabeth made the trip even more special.

The highlight, of course, was the gorilla trekking, being just meters away from a silverback was something we’ll never forget.

Our stay at the lodges, especially Tabingi Safari Lodge and Rushaga Gorilla Lodge, was very comfortable. The food was great, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout.

Our guide, Brian, was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable, especially when it came to animal behavior, which added a lot to the experience.

I would highly recommend Renai Safaris to anyone planning a primates safari in Uganda.
