Fantastic Safari Experience with This Reliable Ground Agent
We had an absolutely wonderful safari experience. The local ground agent is reliable and great‑value for money. We discussed our itinerary back‑and‑forth, and they offered thoughtful suggestions to create our ideal trip, plus helpful timing tips. Airport pick‑up and drop‑off were perfectly on‑time.
Both our contact person and driver were outstanding. The driver was highly professional, driving carefully and attentively. He also acted as an excellent guide, actively helping us spot wildlife during the safari. We are totally satisfied and highly recommend their service!

Professional service, thoughtful arrangements.
The overall itinerary of Tanzania will end from 9:30 to 10.4 p.m.
During the process, we stayed from the north of Arusha Airport for two days. The guide Gorge was very professional. He picked up our plane on the same day and started the itinerary, and then let us see the Jiaoma Crossing River at the first time! We are all very lucky!
Our needs are immediately corresponding and very conscientious and responsible.
If we wanted to see the lion, he took us to see the lion. If we wanted to see the leopard, we saw the leopard. It's really awesome.
In the end, the service of the driver who picked us up at the airport was very thoughtful. Finally, we went to Sangdao, and the follow-up return pick-up was replaced by a new driver. The boss was also worried that we two girls didn't know the newly sent driver, so he came to pick us up in person and hoped that we could return to China happily.
Ben was very sad because 600 dollars were stolen in the Sangdao Hotel. The boss told me with regret, I'm so sorry! But this does not affect the professional and careful service of the boss.

Reliable operator with good communication and professional guides, though some itinerary adjustments
Our safari with Summer Winter Africa Adventures was overall a good experience. Communication was prompt and they were responsive to our questions. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and we saw plenty of wildlife. There were a few last-minute hotel changes which caused some inconvenience, but the team handled them reasonably well. Value for money was decent for the experience we had. A solid choice for a Tanzania safari.

He kept in close communication with us throughout the journey, and we could turn to him whenever any problems arose. A memorable Kilimanjaro climb and safari with Summer Winter
We booked our Kilimanjaro climb and a private safari with Summer Winter Africa Adventures. Johnson was our contact for
the trip, and Frank was our safari guide.
We took the six-day Machame route on Kilimanjaro. It was physically demanding, and we really appreciated the work of the
guides and porters. The changing scenery along the route was a big part of the experience, and the mountain team
deserves a lot of credit for helping us through the climb.
Afterwards, four of us travelled together on safari, visiting Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. We saw
elephants, lions, hyenas, hippos, a rhino and many different birds. I enjoyed taking photos and watching the animals in
their natural surroundings. Thank you to Frank for accompanying us throughout this part of the trip.
Some of the drives were longer and more tiring than we expected, especially after the climb, so I would suggest
discussing travel times and the daily pace carefully when planning a similar trip.
Overall, we are glad we chose Summer Winter. We came home with plenty of photos and good memories, and we are grateful
to the people who made the trip possible.

Unforgettable Safari – Highly Recommended!
We had an amazing safari with this. From booking to drop-off, communication was quick and clear. Our guide was professional and incredibly knowledgeable, spotting wildlife we’d never have seen ourselves. The itinerary was well-paced, vehicles were comfortable, and lodges/food exceeded expectations. We felt safe and cared for throughout. They handled every detail so we could just enjoy the adventure.
