Excellent
We had the most incredible 5-day safari with Mimsoft Safaris! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and beyond our expectations.
Steve, who coordinated our trip, was absolutely fantastic – always prompt, professional, and patient with all our questions. He made the planning process seamless and stress-free.
Our safari guide, Ken, was equally outstanding. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and ensured we had the best possible experience. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to see so many animals up close – truly unforgettable moments we’ll cherish forever.
Our itinerary covered Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, and the Maasai Mara, and each destination offered something unique and breathtaking. The accommodations throughout were wonderful – comfortable, scenic, and the perfect way to unwind after exciting game drives.
As a couple visiting from Australia, this safari was magical, and we couldn’t recommend Mimsoft Safaris more highly. If you’re considering a safari in Kenya, look no further – you’ll be in excellent hands with Steve and Ken.

Great accommodations and driver
Titus was an excellent driver and got us around safely. The accommodations were all great. A lot of travel time between destinations but most of that is just Kenyan roads, once in the parks it was magical

Driver/Guide was superb
Very friendly and accommodating team. The vehicle was clean and well kept.
The driver/guide was superb and always managed to position us it the best sport for viewing the wildlife. Great.

Flexible and professional support
We enjoyed our safari in Masai Mara a lot and were taken good care of by our guide Isaiah. He even proposed to wait while we did a small boattrip in Naivasha to drop us off afterwards at our next accomodation.
Arranging the trip in advance was also made very easy with te support of Steve, who answered all our questions and was flexible enough to make changes on the itinerary while we were in the progress of updating our full Kenia trip.

Super helpful, funny and kind, Izaya was so helpful and told us about everything we needed to know
It was amazing! We saw every animal imaginable, and our tour guide Izaya was incredibly helpful! If we had any question he knew exactly how to answer then! We did a 1 week safari trip and it was incredible would definitely recommend

Kind and proffesional tour operator

Kindness and available
We booked through Mimsoft Safari in March 2025 for December 2025. Steve was always available and he answered at all our questions in a very quick time. We had Chombo as driver and guide and he was very professional. He know everything about anime and he has a view as an eagle, can see animals from very far. He was very available during all the tour. We did a 3 days safari in Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We saw lots of animals and when we were very sad for not seeing lions here we are that lions appears to us in Tsavo East thanks to Chomb and the radio that advise us of their presence. It was so beautiful Amboseli that doing a day more there would be better. Also everything perfect with lodges. Kibo in Amboseli was the best, AMAZING.
