The safest way to enjoy your trip to Ethiopia!
From the moment we arrived to Ethiopia, until the very end of our trip, we felt safe in the hands of Essence Ethiopia Tours and Tsehaynew. Not only did we stayed in the capital, but we also made two excursions, one to Lalibela and the other to the Omo Valley, and everything was organized by Tsehaynew and his tour agency. The most important thing about Tsehaynew is that he listens and will take action if any issue may arise. If we ever going to return to Ethiopia, I will definitely be contacting him again.

We had an excellent experience with Essence Ethiopia tours during our Addis Ababa sightseeing tour and our trip to the Danakil Depression and Dalol. Everything was well organized, and the local knowledge shared during the tours made the experience even more meaningful.
When our flights were unexpectedly cancelled, he went out of his way to help us reschedule them smoothly, which removed a lot of stress from our journey. Throughout the entire trip, we felt very safe, well taken care of, and genuinely supported.

A friendly intercultural experience
t was a special three days, as I was able to visit the homes of ethnic minorities with their unique culture and also witness the Hamar people's bull-jumping ceremony. I'm grateful to our guide, Reshid, for all his consideration. The tour started and ended in Arba Minch instead of Jinka, which made for a long drive, and I was quite tired, but it was great to see the cows and goats crowding the road and the daily life along the road.
