Unforgettable 4-Day Family Safari in Nyerere National Park
Our family recently spent four days exploring Nyerere National Park with Africa Mulimi Safaris, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The boat safari on the Rufiji River was a highlight. We saw an incredible variety of birds, along with crocodiles and hippos, all from a relaxing and unique perspective. During our two days of game drives, we saw all the species we had hoped for. What made it special was that we didn’t just see the animals - we got to experience how they behave in their natural environment, which is something we will remember for a long time.
Everything was organized smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent from our very first contact to our final goodbye, and we never had to worry about a thing. Africa Mulimi Safaris took care of all the details, which let us simply relax and enjoy the trip.
The Mtemere lodge they booked for us was wonderful: clean, comfortable, and with warm, attentive service. It was the perfect place to rest after long days in the park.

PERFECT
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience! We got to see all the animals we were hoping to see, including zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, warthogs (Pumbaa!), elephants, hyenas, wild dogs, and so many more. It was truly incredible to see so much wildlife in its natural habitat.
A huge thank you to our guide Tony and our driver Tony, who were both incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole experience. They made the safari even more special and unforgettable.

Amazing and genuine people
We had an amazing experience! Everything was very well organised, communication was excellent, and we encountered no problems at all. Our guides were fantastic, always welcoming us with a smile and doing their best to make sure we had the best possible experience.
We enjoyed a lovely trek on Morogoro Mountain followed by two days of safari, which were truly unforgettable. It was incredible to see so many animals in their natural habitat. What made the experience even more special was that our guide, Osmane, did not simply focus on finding animals but also took the time to share interesting insights about the wildlife, plants, and nature around us. This made the safari both exciting and educational.
A big thank you to the whole team and especially our guides for their kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Tanzania!

Amazing and thoughtful team providing a great Safari!
Our safari to Mikumi and Ruaha National Parks was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was exceptionally well organized, making the entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. The food throughout the safari was delicious, the accommodations were excellent, and the whole package offered fantastic value for money.
A special mention goes to Ruaha Hilltop Hotel which was the standout accommodation of the trip. The location, amazing views, and hospitality made it a memorable place to stay and the perfect base for exploring Ruaha. Be prepared for a long travel day between Mukumi and Ruaha but the views, stops and interesting surroundings help it fly by.
We were also extremely fortunate to have Osmane as our guide. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and local environment was outstanding, and he was always thoughtful and attentive to our needs. His enthusiasm and expertise greatly enhanced our safari experience. Our driver, Mr. Peter, was equally wonderful and kind, professional, and always making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey (plus a funny guy)
The team also went above and beyond to accommodate a special request we had, which was greatly appreciated making the trip very memorable. Shout out also to Idris who was responsive over WhatsApp and helped organise/ coordinate!
The wildlife viewing exceeded all expectations. We saw an incredible variety of animals, and some of our most memorable moments included very close encounters with lions and elephants
I would highly recommend this safari to anyone considering a visit to Mikumi and Ruaha. Having also the transfers at the start and end helped with the chaos at the stations!

3 days Safari in Nyerere
We went on a three-day safari with Mulimi Safari, who took care of everything from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park in Tanzania. The organisation was excellent, and all our transfers by boat and car went very smoothly.
Above all, we were incredibly lucky to have Osmane, our guide, and Peter, our amazing driver, with us throughout the experience. They were both so kind and welcoming, and thanks to their patience, hospitality and knowledge, we were able to enjoy three different types of safari: a boat safari, a full-day game drive in the park, and an unforgettable wildlife experience.
We were lucky enough to see almost all the animals we had hoped to see! With his 28 years of experience, Peter knew the park like the back of his hand. He took us through breathtaking landscapes and helped us get incredibly close to the animals, always respecting their space and making sure not to disturb them.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an authentic, personal and intimate safari experience. Everything was wonderfully organised, and we felt incredibly well looked after from beginning to end.
