We loved the safari! Michael from majestic explorers was always available and quick with an answer on whatsapp. We booked flights, transfers and the safari with them and we always knew the evening before what and when things would happen the next day. They gave us the best price of all tour operators and we were mixed with people that booked at others during the safari. Rocky was the most amazing safari guide/ driver ever!! We had an amazing group of people and the breakfasts/lunches/ diners were good (mostly rice, chicken/ beef, veggies, pizza and fruit & pancakes and eggs in the morning). There was also coke and beer in the fridge in the jeep. The seats were comfy and we saw the animals up closely. The organizers made sure that we were in the right places and problems were fixed quickly. Definetly would recommend to book with these people. Shout out to Rocky!!!

Overall Amazing Tour Experience
The tour with Majestic Explorers was amazing from beginning to end. They were very accommodating. They communicated very well and made the experience very special. I really liked the lodging choices they provided for me. My tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative and was sure to make the game drives a spectacular experience. The chef made nice and tasty meals each day and I got to see the big 5; even the rhino!

You can't find better!
I chose this operator based on the excellent reviews, but I must say that everything went far beyond my expectations. I initially contacted the agency, and they responded promptly through Mr. Innocent. The responses were so quick, precise, and timely that at first I thought he was an AI assistant. Then, when I got off the plane, I had the opportunity to meet Innocent in person, an extremely kind and professional person who subsequently entrusted me to my guide, Jordan. I spent four unforgettable days and three nights and I highly recommend everyone to choose Majestic Explorer without hesitation. Ask Innocent if you want Jordan as your safari guide. I'll just say that all the Jeeps from other tour operators followed us because they didn't know where to go in the middle of the savannah and were constantly asking Jordan for directions! Besides speaking Italian, he was extremely kind, thoughtful, friendly, and super professional. I won't add anything else; you can be sure that choosing them is a safe bet!

A good safari with good professionales
A 4-day adventure in the heart of Tarangine, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Innocent did an excellent job of communication and providing information. Everything went as planned. Our guide, Jonas, was also very good, and we even got to see the Big Five. The only negative aspect, for me, was the one-night stay in a small tent, and the shared facilities, like the bathrooms and dining room, were somewhat outdated. I would definitely repeat the trip, but with different accommodations.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. We spent a while organising the safari that suited us where we were made to feel welcome and not rushed in this decision. We were well looked after from the time we were picked up from our hotel right until the end. The safari guide, cooks, drivers etc were all lovely and wanted to make our experience special. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the experience interesting, and I felt like he really cared for us having the best experience possible. They were patient and caring, and also accommodated my vegan food throughout the trip. The accommodation was fine, basic but no complaints. The campsites we stayed in was a really special experience with elephants, giraffes etc roaming around, and they were comfy enough. Definitely worth the money and would rebook with them if I were to do another safari. Highly recommend! :)

The team was incredibly warm and welcoming. I believe many people—just like me—are choosing safari for the first time or visiting Africa for the first time, feeling both excited and a bit nervous. If you want everything to go smoothly, this is definitely the company you should choose.
I compared my experience with other travelers in my group, and I can honestly say this is the most transparent travel agency. There were no hidden costs or extra charges at all. For the two-day safari, I chose the most expensive of the three plans—and it was absolutely worth every penny.
Many others paid far more than I did, yet stayed in worse hotels and faced countless hidden expenses.

Amazing, kind, respectful and the best tour gide ever!
We were with a group of 6. We went for 5 days. (Last day was a visit to the Kilimanjaro waterfall). The tour was absolutely amazing! We saw all of the big five and many other animals. Our tour gide was Bakari and our private chef was Devdi (Dave). The tour gide was a really kind man who really loves his job. He is really experienced and tries his best to give you the best view possible to make nice photo's en videos. He makes the Safari really interesting and explains everything you ask him. Devdi our private chef was an amazing cook! He made us breakfast, lunch and dinner! He really prepares the food with love and does his best! A really kind man also. In terms of service it's easy to book and comminucate with the operators. The tour costs around €1000 euro per person. But it depends for how long you go. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!
