An absolutely incredible safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro, a unforgettable experience :)
5/5

We had an absolutely exceptional experience in Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Breathtaking landscapes, magnificent animals, and memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We also had the privilege of meeting the Maasai people, thanks to Donald and Donath—a cultural discovery that made our adventure even richer and more memorable.

But what truly made this safari so special were our two guides, Donald and Donath. They were incredible from start to finish: kind, attentive, thoughtful, professional, and always focused on our happiness. It is clear that they approach their work with passion and heart.

Beyond just a safari, we formed a genuine bond with them. We came to discover Tanzania, and we are leaving with so much more than just memories.

I recommend booking your safari with them 1000%! If you are coming to Tanzania, you should absolutely choose Donald and Donath—without a moment’s hesitation. We will definitely return to Tanzania, and we already know that we will reach out to them again. We couldn’t have dreamed of better guides!

I sincerely hope this review brings them the visibility they deserve, as such wonderful people truly merit recognition.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Donald and Donath, for this unforgettable adventure. You were more than just our guides; you have become a part of our most cherished memories. Asante sana!

An Unforgettable Safari with Amazing Guides!
5/5

We had an amazing experience with Visit Creation Safaris during our trip to Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater! Donald and Donath were fantastic guides who made the whole safari even more special. They were very knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife, and always happy to share interesting explanations and stories. We also had a lot of fun with them, and the atmosphere was great throughout the trip.

They really did their best to help us see as many animals as possible, and we were lucky enough to see so many incredible species. One of the highlights was spotting rhinos in the Ngorongoro Crater and even getting to see them from very close, an experience we will never forget! We also visited a Masaï village, it was a great experience to learn about their culture.

We felt very well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for a safari with great guides, a friendly atmosphere, and unforgettable memories, we can definitely recommend Visit Creation Safaris. A big thank you to Donald and Donath for making this experience so special!

Very experienced guide - excellent driver to optimize the 2 day safari experince.
5/5

After staying in Arusha for 3 1/2 months I went on my second safari. Creation Safaris 2 day safari of Tangerine and Ngorongoro went beyond my expectations. The combination of the two parks was perfect. I had been to Tarangire before where there seems to be more elephants and giraffes. But Ngorongoro was so amazing as it is the 8th natural wonder of the world as the largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. The wildlife was abundant, and there was so much to see. We saw female lions walking right beside our vehicle. Zebra so close you could almost touch them. Hippos and Rhinos within 200 meters. From a distance we saw male and female lions stalk and attack their prey, but without success. The view of the crater after the morning mist had burned off was amazing. I am very glad that I chose Ngorongoro which is best if you only have a few days.
The value was excellent. Clear communication is important to make sure the driver knows where to pick you up as my location for pick up was hard to find. Overall they are accomodating and very friendly staff.

Very nice people, everyone is super friendl, maybe a little lack of communication
4/5

We had a very good experience all in all. At the beginning we were maybe kind of lost but since the availability per phone was always very good we could ask all our questions. Safari was really good, we saw a lot of animals but this tends to depend on the driver you get and how motivated they are to catch a lot of cool animal sights.

Good
4/5

The safari itself was a great experience, but unfortunately the organization was really not up to standard. We experienced several issues with communication and transportation. We had informed the team in advance that we had large pieces of luggage, but when our taxi arrived more than an hour late, we were told that we could not take our luggage with us. This caused unnecessary stress, especially as we were not returning to the same hotel. However, after discussing the situation with the team, they were understanding and we eventually found a solution. We appreciated their understanding and were happy to finish our experience on a positive note. Overall, the safari was great, but the organization and communication definitely need to be improved.

The safari was very good, though the organization was a bit lacking; everything was sorted out towards the end of the safari.

Everything went as I hoped they would
5/5

I had so much fun and our guide Mickael was so great and funny. We were informed always in the mornings how the day will go and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything. We even saw the big five! On the whole my experince with Visit Creation Safaris was exactly what I had hoped for and if I ever come back to Tanzania, I will choose them again.

Better than my dreams ❤️
5/5

I had an amazing experience with Visit Creation Safaris!

I did a 5-day budget group safari through the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire, and it completely exceeded my expectations!!

I fulfilled a childhood dream at an affordable price, with a wonderful and attentive team.

I went in September and saw an unbelievable amount of wildlife, including all of the Big Five and every animal I had hoped to see, even the cheetahs.

We were able to get incredibly close to the animals, much closer than I had imagined, while still respecting their space.

Our guide had an incredible amount of knowledge and answered all of our questions. He asked us which animals we wanted to see and made a real effort to find them. We even managed to see a black rhino, the rarest of them all!

On the days when I sat in the front of the vehicle, our guide also helped me take my photos, which was incredibly thoughtful.

It was even better than I had dreamed. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Unforgettable Wildlife let down by Operational Chaos and Extreme Logistical Failures
2/5

The core wildlife experience was phenomenal. The guides on the ground were knowledgeable, apologetic, and worked tirelessly under difficult circumstances to track animals and deliver great game drives. The natural beauty and animal sightings were truly unforgettable. The distances between parks and drives can be extensive and the roads very bumpy, its all part of the experience but for some this might not be part of their expectation from the glossy brochures
However having paid $1,100 for a 4-day mid-range classic safari, I expected basic comfort and private en-suite facilities (as per agreed itinerary). Instead, the tour was subcontracted to a third-party operator without prior notice, causing a complete breakdown in communication and organisation. Guest details were muddled from Day 1, resulting in missing out on a booked tented lodge entirely. On the second night, I was dropped at a basic campsite with no towels, torches, or en-suite facilities. I had to stay overnight at the campsite simply to avoid forcing drivers onto dangerous, unlit roads late at night to rectify their mistake.

Schedules were consistently mismanaged, with pick-up delays stretching up to two hours with zero proactive communication resulting in shorter time on drives/in the parks. Following airline baggage delays I specifically requested support to purchase items where i could get receipts to claim back purchase costs, this was not actioned on until i firmly advised that I was unhappy, but left to feel like I was the problem. During vehicle transfers, guests were left waiting in the heat for nearly an hour without access to water, restrooms, or updates.

Because this was a shared group safari, extra pick-ups and drop-offs for other passengers impacted the timetable which is understandable, however almost appeared like this was a unique situation. Despite months of advance notice regarding an 8:30 PM departure flight on the final day, logistics were severely mismanaged which meant arriving at the airport check-in desk just 2 minutes before bag drop closure. This was an unnecessarily stressful way to finish my safari experience. I will however say thanks to the drivers who managed to get me there in the nick of time.

I raised these matters with the company who have issued a partial refund to address these failures however i was at times made to feel like it was my fault the company were 'out of pocket'. In my view travelers should not have to navigate this level of preventable stress, miscommunication, and logistical risk on what is often a once in a lifetime bucket-list trip. If you book, insist on receiving direct contact details for the actual ground operator, re-verify your accommodation list directly with your guide each morning, and build in massive time buffers for airport connections.

For reference the company who actually provided the safari drives was 'Dancing Simba'.
