Our tour operator was very helpful and friendly and made the experience better.
Fantastic experience! Everyone we met was helpful, friendly, and reliable. The tour itself was better than we imagined! We saw all the animals we wanted to see even after picking a shorter safari. The lodge we stayed in was very nice with great service. Would definitely go back and do a longer safari!

Amazing service! We stayed in a great lodge with buffet style food and extremely welcoming staff. Our guide was wonderful and we saw 4 out of the big 5 along with many other animals. He personalized the tour to us and was very flexible. I would definitely want to go back!

My younger brother and I recently traveled to Tanzania, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. We stayed at Heart of Africa Lodge with Action Team Africa, and everything from the hospitality to the adventure was absolutely perfect.
The cultural experience with the Maasai people was incredible. We learned so much about their way of life, traditions, and values. During the safari, we were lucky to see the Big Five! My younger brother was especially thrilled to see elephants in the wild it was a moment of pure joy for both of us.
We want to give a special thank you to our driver, Ephata, who made this journey even more amazing. He was not only professional and kind, but also incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife from great distances. His knowledge, patience, and passion for nature made the safari unforgettable. At first, I thought I could manage the driving myself, but after seeing Ephata in action, I realized we were in the best hands possible.
The food at the lodge was delicious, and the entire staff made us feel right at home. We are deeply grateful to Out of Africa Classified for organizing this life-changing trip. we had a great time at the swimming pool and the gazebo’s with a beautiful yard garden.

As a solo female traveler, finding a safe and well-organized trip was essential. I love vacations, but planning them isn’t my favorite part. Hearts of Africa was an incredible guide company for safari and I highly recommend them. This was my first safari and I was absolutely blown away by the knowledge and experience of our Hearts of Safari guide, Ephata. He provided so much insight about the topography, the culture, history, the animals, the flora and fauna and so much more during our safari. We would often be the first car at a significant animal sighting or be the first car to move to a better location because of Ephrata’s patience and knowledge of the animals and the different parks. He is always watching and observing.
Throughout each of the various parks we travelled other guides talked with Ephata, asked questions and it was clear they respected him. Significantly, he quickly surmised what part of the safari experience was most important to each member of our group and he would look out for us and make sure we all maximized our travel experience, even though we did not uniformly agree what was our goal. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he is also a warm and a kind person. Hearts of Africa was an exceptional experience and I unqualifiedly recommend them. I will be back soon.

Heart Of Africa Safari Tours is a very nice operator with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm.
This fantastic trip is unforgettable. We drove through the beautiful parks with the family and got to meet all the beautiful animals that were on my wish list.
We had nice hotels and it was fun with the guide who drove us around everywhere. He knew a lot to tell and was always in a good mood. It was nice to be well informed during the trip, because there was so much to experience and see. Overwhelming. Too bad to have to say goodbye after two weeks.
After the Safari we spent a few more days on Zanzibar.
In short, a dream of a holiday.
