Very good in communication where they always offer top notch recommendations that suit my needs. They are keen on what exactly one wants. All the places I have visited have always wowed me. They are quick to respond and help whenever one needs assistance, ensures they communicate with the hotels my food allergies.
One time I didn’t feel like driving to the destination and they were happy to provide a driver for me.

This is the 2nd trip I’ve booked with LDT this year and on both occasions, I’ve had nothing but the best experience.
Mariel who handled my inquiries and bookings on both occasions is simply amazing. Very friendly, courteous, patient and understands the assignment! (I highly appreciate that)
She made my solo trip very effortless…all I had to do is show up. It’s exactly what I needed. Right from hotel and flight bookings, check ins all handled. The airport transfers (Elijah and Denis at Malindi really gave me the VIP treatment). The car was very clean, perfect AC and friendly too and most importantly they kept time!
Everything was just perfect. I’d highly recommend LDT if you want a niche and well curated experience for your trip!
