Professional and knowledgeable
We had such a great experience. The guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we got the most out of the experience. He answered all of my questions and provided fun facts, stories and information that really enriched the experience. We got to see so many animals and our guide was extremely respectful of the animals and their environment. It is evident that this is his passion (it’s not a job) and that adds to the experience. I highly recommend a tour with Pride Adventure.

Reliable and helpful.
I booked a five-day tour from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park (Uganda) and Akagera National Park. Mr. Sadicky perfectly organized all the tour, resolved all issues and gave continous and effettive assistance. He was always punctual and prompt to adapt the plan to our needs. The car was always tidy. The cost of his service was fair. I strongly recommend Pride Adventure as a tour operator.

In tuned with the client needs
I have done a number of Safari in 2024 , mostly in Rwanda and Tanzania in 2025, I must say Pride Adventure guide was very sensible to what we wanted to see and how much time we wanted to spend at one place. Our guide spoke English, French and off course Kinyarwanda, he was also very knowledgeable about the park, its fauna, its flora and its history. The vehicle was extremely clean and cold water was provided.

A wonderful experience and memorable experience.
Mansoor was very conscientious, courteous, friendly, and informative.
When I return to Rwanda I intend to have Mansoor be the guide for my family.

Absolutely amazing tour of Rwanda with an excellent operator
We were picked up at our hotel in Kigali by Mansoor and instantly felt welcome and excited for our journey. He did a great job explaining our plans for the day and how long the transfer to our lodge would take. The car was incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean. We learned a lot from him along the way about the culture, the history of the country, and what our upcoming vacation would entail. We were very excited about the gorilla trekking but unsure of the exact process - he spent a lot of time thoughtfully explaining the orientation process, how the trekking works, and some information about various gorilla families. This kind of guiding is something that you don’t get often and we knew we were in great hands - he was very easy to talk with, easy going, open, and just generally an awesome person! Every morning for trekking he picked us up with a big smile and every day after trekking he greeted us with exactly the cold beverages we enjoy. The lodge we chose to stay at has amazing views but a bit further away from volcanoes main entrance - this was totally fine though because it meant we got to have more time hanging out w Mansoor and talking/learning. We chose to do a long transfer by car to Nyungwe and the time flew by as we travelled the country and saw some great sights. I would 100% recommend Pride Adventures and will definitely be booking with them when I return to Rwanda!

Wonderful experience seeing Rwanda
We were in Rwanda for a gorilla trek and Mansoor was with us for the entire duration - taking us to and from Kigali airport, many hotel pick up and drop offs, showing us around the Kigali, and accompanying us to Volcanoes National Park. He was extremely reliable and knowledgeable, sharing with us the Rwanda culture and history. He spent a lot of time explaining the gorilla trekking process to us as well and got us a great trek option. I loved hearing him talk about the Kwita Izina, which is the gorilla naming ceremony held once a year. Unfortunately, we just missed this year’s by one day, which means we’ll have to come back and will definitely book Mansoor again!
