Frank recommended by a good friend organised everything, from the itinerary to the excellent accommodation, ensuring everything ran seamlessly.
My guide, Silas, was outstanding. His 20 years of experience shone through in his extraordinary knowledge of wildlife, remarkable ability to locate and spot animals as well as understanding their behaviour.
His enthusiasm, professionalism and wonderful personality made every day a joy.
The perfect finishing touch was finding Geoffrey waiting to welcome me at Arusha Airport and assist with check-in, thoughtfully arranged by Frank, alovely gesture that summed up the exceptional service throughout.

An unforgettable, perfectly tailored safari experience
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kilimanjaro Unforgettable from beginning to end. Everything was perfectly organized and, above all, completely tailored to what we wanted. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, always listening to our needs and doing their best to make every request possible.
The itinerary felt truly designed around us rather than being a standard package, and the communication and organization throughout the whole experience were excellent. We also felt that the value for money was really good, especially considering the quality of the service we received.
They even surprised us with an upgrade, which was such a lovely extra touch and made the experience even more special. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive and flexible safari operator in Tanzania.

Our tour guide was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Even before our departure, he made sure everything was perfectly organised and ready for us. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with enthusiasm and accompanied us with genuine care and passion, remaining attentive and supportive until the very end of our journey, even though the final part of our trip had been organised independently of him.
